There are no sharks at WDW, so let's go!!!

My Mum doesn't do big rollercoasters and doesn't do The Hulk, Dr Doom or Dueling Dragon's but she still absolutely loves the park. The water rides are top, they are so much fun. There are 2 in Toon Lagoon, one Splash Mountain type, with a big and steeper drop (but loads of fun), one river rapids, again so much fun and then there is the Jurassic Park water ride which is a bit different to the usual log flumes as you go through Jurassic Park and see all the dinosaurs. Then you have Spiderman which is a moving 4D ride which you would be fine on I bet, a Sinbad Show, this interactive show thing called Poisedon's Fury which is one of my Mum's all time favorites (its a kind of show but you walk around and things happen), and then you have the Cat in the Hat rides which are smaller but fun (One Fish, Two Fish is great).

So this Superman ride? Is it like a rollercoaster? I LOVE water rides. I'll just have to make sure that I don't wear jean shorts on that day. I hate chaffing!

So, I spent all day Saturday at a cheerleading/hip hop competition. This was DD9 first hip hop competition. She's done cheer before. Anyway, they did really well, but we've discovered that the more bumping and grinding you do on the stage the higher the score. It's very sad to see little girls up on stage pelvic thrusting and crotch grabbing. Our coach doesn't teach dance that way, but apparently it impresses the judges. Our girls came in 4th out of four for hip hop and 3rd out of 5 for cheer. They did fantastic!!! They have come SO far since Abby first joined. They used to take last place at every competition. Now they are actually competing!! Go Sharks!!!!
I did have a casualty at the competition. I was sitting in my chair and my camera fell to the floor and broke! It turns on, but the screen shows like a shatter thing in the corner. I have to see if it's even worth it to fix it. CRAP!!! I want a new camera, an expensive kind, but now I have to use my old bo jankety one until I can afford another one. DANGIT!

No its not a rollercoaster. Its kind of hard to explain, its like a simulator type thing but it moves around, and you wear 3D glasses. Its not scary though, but a lot of fun. The water rides there are so much fun, some of the best we have been on.

Oh and well done to your daughters team, that was brilliant for them. And I agree about the dancing, I always find it odd watching 7-8 year olds doing sexy latin dances, its just not right

I know right??? Those Playskool cameras! Actually, DD got great news today. The team that took second place did something illegal, so they lost their spot and our girls took second!! They were actually only 4 points away from 1st place! We get a pizza party and they will now be posted on the website as in second place. They deserve it! And, actually the team that came in first dropped a stunt, and we didn't so if our coach wanted to make a stink, she could.

I've got to get up on making ADRs and waht's going on. I haven't been keeping up on everything since we weren't planning on going so soon.

Speaking of something going on, the kids car had to be towed tonight! Woo Hoo And, Abby had her wart, "Bob", removed today and it's bleeding like crazy!!! Her shower looked like a crime scene. Ohhh that would be nice!!! Yeah, the housework keeps getting put on hold by my lack of motivation. I have to go down to the "pit of dispare" and clean that too. (I know I spelled that word wrong) I'm going to Chicago tomorrow for a couple of days. I have to see if my oldie but goodie camera is still working. I'm very excited to see my sister and my mother. I fully expect to have laughing throat for two days!
