I am very nosy too. I have newspapers.com and pay $150 a year for it. Worth every single penny. Goes back to the 1800s. It's also awesome for completing family trees. If you know someone's name and the county they live it, many county assessor websites are free and online. I always look up people in news stories. And I've looked up where my doctors live. I'm a very nosy person. Voter registration lookup is also available in my state so I can see what party people are registered as. Though if it's a common name, there are often too many results.
