The Side effects of the AP-Trip#6 Oct 10 Final thoughts and some TMI

We arrive at the teacups with full bellies. Was this a mistake?

IMG_7146.jpg

So do you think with full O’Hana bellies we opt to spin?

IMG_7147.jpg

You bet.

IMG_7148.jpg

I think he was watching to see if I turn green. We are probably staring at each other to keep from getting too dizzy.

IMG_7149.jpg

We made it without a protein spill. We walk around and make our way back through Fantasyland. I have to show DS this.

IMG_7151.jpg

We walk over to get our pirate on.

IMG_7152.jpg

As we exit I see a couple of tired campers.

IMG_7153.jpg

We make it to the Railroad to use our FP.

IMG_7154.jpg

In 2 minutes we are here.

Real or “imagined”

This made me smile

IMG_7158.jpg

We head over for a nighttime cruise.

IMG_7161.jpg

I never realized they had another whole section of switchbacks.

Would we ride in the

Over the Nile and through the temple we head back to Tomorrowland.

Time to help those silly monsters.

IMG_7176.jpg

We must have grabbed FP on the way in for Buzz.

We walk to catch Wishes. DS stays with me, he probably would have rather been riding but we actually did all we wanted to do and I think he may have been a bit tired.

IMG_7185.jpg

A very bad Tinkerbell but at least my camera worked.

IMG_7186.jpg

Flew right over us and Tinkerbell was huge. Like GUY huge.

IMG_7189.jpg

We headed out and back to the room. Lots packed in, travel, parks, good food and a meltdown. At least I got that meltdown out of the way early. Time to get a good night sleep and do it all again minus the meltdown tomorrow.

Whoa, another post went up while I was reading the last one. That picture of the balloon on the walker is pretty funny!

Hmmm, big Tinkerbell huh? Maybe she's been taking some steroids.

Whoa, another post went up while I was reading the last one. That picture of the balloon on the walker is pretty funny!

I am trying to get updates in while I have the time. With the end of the summer and work getting a bit nutty with most of the Lifeguards going back to school, I have less time here.

The walker with the balloon made me giggle out loud. :rotfl2:

Hmmm, big Tinkerbell huh? Maybe she's been taking some steroids.

I was more worried about the "support device" not being able to hold her/him. :rotfl2: Tink was definitely not pixie sized.

I should have eaten breakfast before reading this post. I'm starving!!!  Some bread pudding would go nicely with my coffee this morning.

Hope you got something to eat by now. :lmao: Bread Pudding goes with anything, anytime of day. :goodvibes

::yes:: I made some pretty decent pineapple bread pudding at church camp using cut up croissants.
Almost the whole pan was eaten, and I was glad to take care of the leftovers a little later. ;)

What did Chris think about the giant peeking through the roof at Sir Mickey's?

Pat, I'm so glad Ohanas was a hit (we really have to get there one of these times). We used to go that Labor Day weekend and I really miss going that time of year. Like you, you oculd walk onm Splash Mountain, Space Mountain, etc.

Thank goodness for no protein spills after all that food.

That picture with the walker complete with Mickey Balloon is awesome, because everyone of us diehards will probably be pushing the same thing around at some point.

I bet those campers had no idea that your dessert was a delicacy among disers.

The giant- I don't think Chris was overly impressed. Who knows with him, years from now if he gets to go with friends he may ask "Where is that shop with the giant in it?" so he can show off a bit but at that point I think he was like Ok so what, what ride is next.:lmao:

O'hana's is a great dinner spot but go hungry, you will leave stuffed.

Labor Day weekend was moderate to light crowds as the week went on the crowds went away.

Thank goodness for no protein spills after all that food.

I guess we let our meal sit a bit before we went gung ho on all the spinny rides.

:rotfl2: Probably- it just made me smile and giggle when I saw it. Maybe because a Mickey balloon makes everything look better.

I am finally getting all caught up again! I don't know where my time is going. :confused3

I love MK decorated for fall. It is one of my favorites.

You got a lot of rides in for one day!

We had a bad experience at O'hana's this last trip but loved it the first time. That food is soo good!

I looked out the window and Hitchcock comes to mind.

:lmao::rotfl2::rotfl:

But I don't see Anthony Perkins anywhere. :confused3

We must have been too busy eating because that when the pictures stop. We eat our fill of shrimp, beef, turkey and pork and I think I had most of the bread pudding. We roll out of O’Hana satisfied.

I had a Pop Tart for breakfast this morning. These pictures are killing me. Time to break out my buddy:

Anyway, I'm glad it was a great meal!

After SM with full bellies we walk and decide to go here. :scared1:

I have enough trouble doing that one on an empty stomach!

They were Augratin Potatoes. Cheesy and GOOD. I guess teh noodles area bit healthier but I know those potatoes were calorie and fat free - They were Disney Potaotes.
:)

Removing cheesy potatoes from a menu is ALWAYS a bad move. :sad2:

So do you think with full O’Hana bellies we opt to spin?

You bet.

:scared1: Did you notice if she had a five-o'clock shadow and a cigarette?

Looks like you managed to get a lot covered after all! Nice work.

your lucky i was eating a banana mini muffin, so im not to upset at you for posting pictures of my glorious pot stickers...glad the dinner went well.

and seems like the evening was good as well, with him staying with you and all.

good times.

Summer is just busy. When the routine of school starts back up again then you will find it. Glad you found the time to catch up a bit. I am doing the same.

I think I like Fall decorations better than Christmas. I do like the crowd levels for sure.

We had a bad experience at O'hana's this last trip but loved it the first time. That food is soo good!

Sounds like ours. First time great and magical, second time not so much but third time is the charm apparently so hit it again next time. :goodvibes

That's why our "cousin" looked familiar.:lmao:

Yes DS looked like that everytime the meat was coming around.

There was none of that after this meal. :rolleyes1

She may have had a cigar.

The boy and I were commando touring. If I can't get ahead of him I might as well chase him from ride to ride. No strolling this trip.

your lucky i was eating a banana mini muffin, so im not to upset at you for posting pictures of my glorious pot stickers...glad the dinner went well.

Only a mini banana nut muffin? I would think only the full size- 400 calorie ones could hold you through pot stickers.

and seems like the evening was good as well, with him staying with you and all.

good times.
:thumbsup2

I pretty much ran off dinner that night. :lmao: Lines were short and we hit all the major ones so a good night indeed. It wasn't even EMH.

He was pretty much making up for his earlier act of being a brat. Having him fed also makes a big difference in his mood.
