We have a family of 7 (2 adults, kids ages 13,10,9,5,2) and wanted to add on an extra night of our poly stay. We were able to use some of our DVC points to book a 1 bedroom in the tower. There weren’t any other options so I booked a club level cash room as well. I am the lead guest on the club level room and my husband is the lead guest on the 1 bedroom room. Can he can also be listed in the club level room as well as long as it isn’t over room max so we can both go in and out with some kids? Thanks!

Only the people on the CL room have access. So even if you put your DH on your room now only 3 kids get access. Sure the 2yo doesn’t count but the 5yo very much does. It is not allowed to switch people out or bring food to non-CL guests.

As for being on 2 rooms it has been reported this causes issues with MBs and room keys.
