The French Dip Roast was a huge hit yesterday. Its a really easy recipe that I got from the crockpot thread.
Eye Round
1 can french onion soup
1 can beef broth
1 can/bottle beer
*I sprinkled garlic powder and adobo on top too
Cook in crock for 7 - 8 hours on low. Slice roast and serve on crusty bread and dip in juice. I rubbed garlic on the toasted bread and melted some mozz. I also put horseradish sauce on mine.

I made 2 roasts so we are having leftovers tonight. I may serve the beef with just a salad to make up for over eating last night...
