liamandcaili, Thanks for the tips on brining chicken. Of course, I went off & looked it up myself, but tried to do a quickie version of a wet brine. So I've probably ruined a perfectly good chicken! I soaked it for about an hour, BUT I forgot to wash it off before putting it on the can!!
I didn't realize it until I saw your post & the chicken was already on the grill. I'm getting ready to go baste it with a sweet baste of lemonade,limocello & rosemary sauce. We'll see if I can counteract the salt!
