Did Logan and Jess actually get physical? I don't remember that...

I think they were referring to Luke hitting Chris, (first sign of physical contact)...

Tristan was first season (WAY back)...Chris and Luke's first confrontation was at Emily and Richard's vow renewal (5th season)...

I don't remember Tristan either. But then it was so long ago... I do remember the first altercation between Luke and Chris... even though I like the actor who plays Chris, I just can't get excited about Chris and Lor... but then as far as I'm concerned Luke can't do anything wrong. Even when he wasn't paying all that much attention to Lor's needs, he was very focused on being a Dad... which is huge, this is a man who has little or no change in his life - so for him it was HUGE. Lor could NEVER give up one moment of HER needs to focus on Luke and what he was going through. Ok, I'll stop... :guilty:

I thought they did when Jess came to visit Rory after he published his book. Logan came home unexpectedly and invited Jess out to dinner with him and Rory. I thought Logan got drunk at dinner and tried to punch Jess but maybe I'm remembering wrong.

Tristan was a bad boy at Chilton in Season 1. He had a crush on Rory but showed it by being a jerk. He and Dean got into a fight at Rory's first fancy dance. Then Tristan got a job on One Tree Hill and disappeared from Chilton. :teeth:

Even though he was rather a jerk, I have always thought Tristan made a classy exit from GG.

Actually, I kind of liked Tristan. He reminded me of the little boys on the playground that would punch you because they liked you. :teeth:

Didn't he get sent to military school rather suddenly? I've been watching some of the old shows but I think I missed that one.

You know, I liked Rory a lot better when she wasn't so giddy and she was really studious. :teeth:

Yeah, he fell in with a bad crowd and one of the dads caught them trying to break into his safe...so away he was sent (to One Tree Hill ;) ). I did like his exit...it was the episode where they are doing Romeo and Juliet at Chilton and Paris ends up having to be Romeo.

Seasons 1 - 3 were the best.

:rotfl2: DD watched that show for awhile. I think he had a rough time over there but it was probably better than military school!

The men sure have prospered from being Rory's interests!...Tristan! Ah, One tree Hill...I remember him!

Dean...I liked him...steady dependable, loved her to pieces, but just not rich enough. Supernatural

Jess, He's on the show Hero's right?

Tiggers Pal don't feel guilty! I'm for Luke all the way! I think of the transformation he's gone through for Lorelei...I'll take a flannel shirt any day of the week...the hat will have to go though.

Jess was also in Bedford Diaries but I don't think that actually went anywhere. Dean was in the movie with Paris Hilton (and apparently so was Tristan... I SWEAR I didn't watch it, just imdb'ed it.) And Logan made an appearance on Veronica Mars... yup, pattern here.

No thoughts from the show tonight?? How about that knit a thon?

Chris really annoyed me tonight. Maybe it was the money thing. That really irked me for some reason :confused3

I knew Marty still liked Rory and that's why he was acting all "I don't know you" towards her. And then they were finally on good terms!...For about 3 seconds. Now I'm sure it'll go back to being awkward and weird

I like that Luke is standing up to Anna! As much as I was never fond of the whole "Luke-has-a-daughter-he-never-knew-about" storyline, I have definitely enjoyed seeing their father/daughter relationship progress so nicely. I hope he is able to work something out with Anna so that April won't be carted off to New Mexico.

And I don't care how immature it is, I can't wait to see Luke and Christopher rumble next week :teeth:

Poor Luke! I was glad he stood up to Anna. What was up with her going off on him? She asks the man to watch her daughter for 2 months and then doesn't want her to plan to come back and visit? huh??

Man Date.... :rotfl2: I liked Jackson getting the message to Chris.
Marty and Rory: kindof sad...and yes awkward.

HomesweetDisney: (L and C rumble) Me TOO! I hope Luke kicks his hiney!

I read today that Jess is also going to be int he new Rocky movie. He will be playing Rocky Jr, I like him.

ok I missed the show tonight! My DH who's in charge of all recordings also didn't get it. But, now reading the lastest post is not helping!

Would someone please give me simple details on what happened?

Simple...Stars Hollow decides to have a "Knit-a-thon" to raise money to fix the old wooden bridge...halfway thru , they are not meeting goals, so Christofer donates the ramaining $$11,000( = -) and puts a damper on the whole thing & town.

Luke's sis has her baby (DD) at home & Luke then confronts Mother of his DD, telling her he'll fight for his parental rights(she's moving then across the country and DD doesn't want to go)

NEXT WEEK.....the big FIGHT!!!!! Luke and Christopher

Well, it's about time the big fight came out. Did anyone else think last night's show was just kind of...eh. I wasn't feeling well to begin with and I couldn't believe I stayed up for it when I should have gone to bed early. :teeth:

My favorite part this week was Emily replaying Lorelai's answering machine message, "Hi, we're back from Paris. Gigi's good. Oh, and we got married. See you Friday!" :rotfl2:

Ok, I see that the money thing was an obvious mistake -- but Christopher didn't realize that, and I do NOT think he was trying to show off or anything. I just think he was trying to hard.

I thought the episode was so-so, but I absolutely loved the conversation he and Lorelai had at the end about her MAKING him try so hard. I wish I could remember what they said, but the whole (brief) conversation was perfect. I'm sorry Luke-lovers, they make SO much more sense! I've said it before, I'll say it again. I was rooting for Luke and Lorelai since season 1, but when they were together there was NOTHING there. :confused3

I am with you guys though, on the Luke and April thing. I HATED that stupid storyline when it was thrown in, but I love what April has done for Luke.

And really, Doula? :)

This season sucks. Seriously, I think I enjoyed the first ep and I haven't been able to make it through one since...I get about 20 minutes in and then think of all the better things I could be doing. :(
