It was wonderful. When we were driven over the CM that checked us in bragged that CL there was better than GF...I beg to differ but they were pretty great. the suite was AMAZING!

Hello pas130 aka, Nurse Perdue! So good to hear from you. I too am sorry to hear about the RPC, however I would imagine a suite at the YC is wonderful.

pas130 - Awww, sorry to hear you were walked from the GF. Not cool. Did you enjoy the suite at the YC, at least? Or, were you sorry you didn't keep your Poly reservation? I hope you enjoyed your last day and your travels home were safe and uneventful.

It was a great trip I am sorry I changed the Poly reservation...BUT we had a great trip, and explored the other side of the world. Which IDK if we would've done if we stayed at GF. We DID enjoy it over there, but I changed my 2012 trip to the Poly. I would rather be on the monorail with the little ones. We got to tour the Tonga building Sat. morning, and we spent yesterday (and part of Sunday) at the Poly enjoying the grounds GF is still my favorite, even if I am mad at her for now

Power on, but no phones. All I can hear are chain saws cutting what's left of the trees.

Our friends are staying at the BC this summer. I am trying to tell them how wonderful it would be for them to stay at the GF. When were were at the GF two summers ago, they were at the Poly and walked over to the GF and loved it. My kids don't want to stay any place except the GF.

Hope everyone is well. Today is election day and either way, I will celebrate if I am re-elected or not.

Oh KCMike, I absolutely agree with you, I would love to be in that hammock right now. I have spent many afternoons relaxing there, it's one of my favorite spots at the GF!

A BC/GF split would be wonderful - we did that a year or so ago, best of both worlds.

pas130 - LOL about being mad at the GF. I can relate, I had a bad experience several years ago, and it took me a while to forgive. Hopefully, you will be able to regain your love and return soon. I agree, the Poly is a good second, as the monorail is great when traveling with kids.

I am running low on new GF pictures, however exciting news, I will be able to take new ones soon! My health is currently stable so before I start a new treatment I am going to WDW! My DD and I are booked from 12/29 to 1/2 at the Polynesian and from 1/2 to 1/8 CL at the BC. No GF for us since there are no discounts at the beginning of the trip and my DD wanted to try the BC at the end. However, I can spend time at my beloved GF. I am so lucky my wonderful DH keeps letting me go to WDW, it's the best medicine that I can think of.

Well, DH comes home from work today and told me that he put a deposit down on the GF for July 17!!!! We are staying in SL and it's only 251 more days to go. I guess this was part of my anniversary gift (20 years) and my re-election win.

I'm looking at all the pictures, especially the ones from the beach, and I wish I was there right now!

The wheelchair worked out great. And my foot feels so much better. WOW your trip is sooooo close The Poly is VERY close to the Grand SO happy for you, what a treat Glad all is well

K&a&c'smom, our split stay over New Years is between the Poly and the BC..no GF (other than visits). It will be fun to stay at an EPCOT resort for the first time. My DD and my 11th annual spring trip will be to the GF though

Now that pas130 has "made up" with the GF I thought it would be okay to post a picture of the RPC seating area. I hope it isn't too traumatic for pas130 to see this!
