I heard on the radio this morning that because of new changes to the privacy laws any outstanding debt to a bank, utility, govt dept etc, of 5 days or more gets you an automatic black mark on your credit report. I was driving the kids to school and they were yabbering away so I might have missed something, but I'm sure that's what was said.

I heard on the radio the 5 days has been extended to 14

We are hoping to have our house on the market by the end of the week - so we have cleaned and gardened till we are nearly dead! I hope it sells quickly, the idea of weekends filled with inspections and trying to keep the house clean with two kids (who will be on school holidays!) is terrifying

Thanks! We have a 3 bedroom and need a 4. We were planning to extend but financially it didn't make sense so selling it is
