The I am a pirate/fireman, I am not a hijacker thread, all about nothing in general

I have always wanted to go to Perth, I am so glad its not such a long trip any more.

Just incase anyone missed this....

This is where the search for the missing Malaysia airlines plane is being co-ordinated from... according to a Texas tv station. Oh and I mean seach not search ;)

:scratchin I'm not really happy about this I went to bed living in WA and woke up living in Tasmania not a fair weather swap :rotfl2::rotfl:

It's a bit of worry that they can't read a map correctly hopefully the search planes have better navigation skills ;)

I put this pic on Facebook, ridiculous!! Apparently there is a Perth in Tasmania too but you would have to wonder why planes are taking off so far from the 'Seach' area wouldn't you?!

There might be a benefit in it. It might actually be cheaper getting to the US from Tassie compared to from WA.

But then again......maybe not.

Thank you...best quote of the day!

Every time I b%t%h about cost of living in Australia, i remind myself I could live much cheaper in the usa but would have to live in a nation of sock puppets....snaps me right out of it!

GOD BLESS AUSTRALIA/AUSTRIA!!!

I cannot help it that these mentally defective cretins not only are as stupid as duck poop, but are also lacking in basic things like simple grammar, spelling and a grasp on geography (we live in Australia not Austria you imbecile).

Oh, how I was right!

Perth in WA NOT TAS.....also Search NOT Seach

:rotfl2: the thought did cross my mind :rotfl2:
But then I remembered the bargain I got from Perth this year that was cheaper than the east coast flight for the same time ;)

For the Mickey and Minnie fans - I walked past Typo today and they were covered in Hipster Mickey signs. It looked like a bigger deal than the range on their website suggests, but I didn't actually go in store: http://shop.cottonon.com/shop/typo/disney/

I was just in today. Some of the stuff is okay, although a bit too much Minnie and not enough Mickey for my liking! I didn't get anything today, although the Mickey alarm clock was tempting. I did get a pack of exercise books and a pencil case a few weeks ago though. Honestly though, the best thing is the poster out the front...what do you think my odds are of scoring one of those?

I got the Mickey buffalo journal. That was the only thing in the range that I thought I couldn't pass up on.

I also thought hard about the backpack that had the same Mickey design on it but I wasn't sure I would use it.

It's 16 C in Melbourne. I've turned on my central heating. First time this year. :crazy2:

Lol - maybe when they try the upsell of a yoyo or a mug with a mustache printed on it or whatever they're flogging that day, ask for the poster instead :)
