Oh gosh, I love milk. I always have. Especially with cookies or cake or some other sweet treat, it helps cut the sugar somehow.
My parents used to have 2%, so that's what I always drank. We had whole milk for the boys when they were in the 2nd year, good for brain development. Then switched them to 2% in their 2nd or 3rd year. When DH had his first heart incident, he and I switched to nonfat while we still got 2% for the boys. Finally I realized (only like a year ago!) that it was nuts to keep buying the two kinds, the boys get plenty of fat from cheese and yogurt and other products, and they don't notice the difference in nonfat milk AT ALL!
