The inhaler isnt just for asthma. It can help open your lung stuff so you can breath better. I got 2 when I had pneumonia, and one when I had bronchitis.

It was odd because he straight out said he thinks I have asthma. He had me try it and I sprayed too late and it tasted like crap! He started laughing at the facial expression I made.

The doc even said, "So the medication may cause your heart rate to accelerate, so be careful when you take it." I told him to be seen sooner, because they have to be careful with the medications with heart problems...

She's not afraid of spicy foods? I am such a wuss when it comes to jalapeno anything.

I know.. They are gross! My mom has asthma, and never had any issues with it until she was older. I dont know if it something that can hit the older you get, or what.. If you are getting lung issues a lot, it might be because of the asthma. OR.. He might just be a quack.

I know.. They are gross! My mom has asthma, and never had any issues with it until she was older. I dont know if it something that can hit the older you get, or what.. If you are getting lung issues a lot, it might be because of the asthma. OR.. He might just be a quack.

Also, it's not uncommon to develop asthma while an adult, hubby was diagnosed after a terrible bout of pneumonia.
depending on the type of medication, it can open airways and help you cough up any exudate (gunk).

Cough medications stop the process of what your body wants to do (suppressant) -- get rid of the gunk in the airways. Valuable in that it helps you sleep and rest.

Liquids, lots and lots of warm liquids to thin out the secretions.. soothes the throat too.

Normally she hates spicy food.. But my kids have a thing for these chips. When Alex was 1 he would sit and watch Frelan play video games... and between the 2 of them, they would throw down a full bag of these chips. and they are SPICY. Make my eyes water after a few.
