Thanks for the reply. Is that Winn Dixie 5-10 minutes away or 25-30 minutes away?

DISUNC said:FUNNY! My 11 year old nephew is addicted to these too.....so am I. It's a coffee flavored syrup, found in all supermarkets along with the choclate milk mixes, tea, coffee etc. There are many different brands, i like Nestles the best. You add milk & ice and make a cool tasty drink.

Thank you

So first, if I let PC know the reason for the trip -namely multiple milestone birthdays- do you think they'd do something special for them? Second, if they won't, will I be able to get something special set-up in the rooms before check-in?
SolitaryPhoenix said:Hi ~ I'm going to be at PC October 3rd thru the 8th, and am very much looking forward to it! I'm giving the trip to my family [mom, sister, her four kids] as a big birthday present to them all, since we have some 'biggies' this year - mom turning 70 [Sept], niece turned sweet 16 [Jan], oldest nephew turned 18 [April] and graduated [June], middle nephew will be 13 next month. I'm paying for the rooms and tickets, we're all paying for our own food and extras. I want this trip to be amazing, not only because it's a huge birthday present to my family, but because this is really the first time most of them have been to WDW, much less all the parks and staying on-site! I went to MK once last year with friends in Sept 04, and then I brought my youngest nephew to MK, staying over at PC one night in Nov 04, but that's pretty much it! I love Disney, and I want to share that fabulous feeling with my family.![]()

PrincessJasmine53 said:Back to the Grocery store question - When we went down years ago we would just go to Goodings outside of Downtown Disney - they had double coupons, etc. now I find them very expensive. So on one of the last trips I asked one of the CM's -- he told me all the locals go to Publix - they are the most reasonable and I've found out he was right! We've also gone to the Target Greatland on the way from the airport.
geetey said:Each of our trips has overlapped with a birthday (typically my ds) and we have never received anything special from our resport. My dd was celebrating her 12th birthday when we were at WDW this June and nothing was done for her. She did decide she wanted to wear the birthday pin, so I picked one up at Guest Services for her. She enjoyed having the CMs wish her Happy Birthday on her day.
Sorry I can't be of more help.
