I was watching a promo clip of Carly telling Brenda off and I just had to shake my head. Everything Carly accuses Brenda of doing is how Carly actually is! The writers should just have Carly looking in a mirror during one of her rants.

**GH: On Monday, October 18, Luke asks Carly for a favor, and Brenda tries to convince Dante of Sonny's innocence in the car bomb case. "There's big stuff when Dante crosses paths with Brenda," teases Head Writer Robert Guza, Jr. ... On Tuesday, October 19, Brenda calls Robin and begs her to help keep Sonny away, and Sam refuses to have sex with Jason.

Sneak Peek Week of October 18 (ABC Hot Sheet)

**Carly continues to spin out of control, all because Brenda is gobbling up the attention. So this week, Carly fires back ... in classic Carly style. First, she tries to seduce Jason in order to make Jax jealous (imagine Jason's delight at being drawn into THAT mess). But by the end of the week, all the scheming just goes out the window, and it's Carly vs. Brenda. And the gloves are SO off.

Brenda is also still caught up in her fraught pseudo-non-relationship with Sonny. They get pulled together, then push apart! Rinse and repeat! But what kind of a factor is Dante in all this? As in … how big is the secret he and Brenda share? Look for Sonny to confront Dante about what's up with him and Brenda. Also, Claire approaches Dante to investigate Brenda for her purposes -- but does Dante already know what Claire is looking for?

Lisa continues to push Robin's buttons at work, only nobody seems to notice it but Robin. Which of course means it's Robin who looks like the crazy one. That Lisa is one insane homewrecker, but you can't say she doesn't know how to play this game.

Meanwhile, Lucky returns to Port Charles, and he brings Siobahn with him. But don't expect his life to calm down just because he's home -- in fact, he teams up with Jason to make a move against the Balkan.

All this translates into Jason demanding Brenda come clean about her connection to the Balkan. Why IS Brenda keeping mum about the Balkan? Well, because the truth could cost half the town their lives.

All this, plus Spinelli comes to Maxie's defense at Crimson, and Luke returns to an old standby in order to win Tracy back: his trusty fake heart-attack. **

And OMG, Carly is popping up in every man in her life's face to go on and on and on about Brenda. Insecure much? I'm sooooo sick of her & her rants and whining. Please give her something else to move on to.

I actually liked last week b/c there wasn't much Sam. It was nice.

And what hospital would let a psycho like Lisa back on the clock never mind back into the building? Does anyone know she killed a nurse?

I'm also annoyed with Maxi. She has no business butting into Spinelli's business. She is the one who moved on and left Spinelli so she needs to let him be. And I'm sure that pretty soon we'll hear Lulu hating on Brenda too b/c of Dante.

I must say that I do like Brenda and Sonny and I love Brenda and Jason scenes!

I also love the scenes between Brenda and Jason. There's a part of me that would love to see them suddenly jump each other's bones some day. Carly seducing Jason-that thought cracks me up!
