Can't bring myself to watch now, the Kristina storyline bothers me, mainly the letting someone else take the fall for that POS Keifer :sad2:

I'm with you! I'm recording but not watching. Don't want to watch Kristina act like an idiot.

OMG I hate it too. I'm so mad she said it was Ethan when it wasn't. I think he knew she was going to say that too. Now Sonny is going to try to kill Ethan or something when Kiefer is the disgusting pig.

Speaking of soaps. Why do they do the stupid name "play." Kiefer's last name is Bauer. As in Jack Bauer played by Kiefer Sutherland. Cute (GAG!)

Then AMC did the whole Zach Slater (Saved By the Bell) thing. LAME!

You know what I think is ridiculous. Everyone is always going on about how Sonny's kids are always in danger, but yet there is no security for his kids, no bodyguards or surveillance system or anything. She's just out alone wandering around. And then when there is security, it's Max and Milo, two of the three stooges.

Do you think Kristina will tell the truth about Keifer or let Ethan take the fall until the last minute?

I think Kristina will eventually tell the truth, but I just hope the writers don't drag the truth from coming out for too long ...

I also hope that the Elizabeth/Nikolas/Lucky/Helena storyline ends quickly soon ... it is just sooooo boring and redundant ...

While I believe that the Kristina storyline is an important one... I think they totally screwed it up by having Kristina claim Ethan was the one that beat her to a pulp. WHAT THE HECK???? They took what was to be an important social piece... and soaped it up way tooo much. TPTB better fix this quick!

I have always said " it is just a soap" and never gotten too angry about story line botches.. but to go off track with the Kristina storyline is totally wrong. Especially when they do have the service announcements prior to the credit roll.

..... off the crate now!

anyway... LOVE Ethan calling Tracy "Spanky"
WEARY of Sonny's lament " I am a good Father, do anything to protect my kids"
SEARCHING for Dante's cajone's.... where did they go?

I also don't like that Kristina blamed Ethan, but I'm assuming TPTB may have done this to show that sometimes victims of violence will protect their abusers (at whatever the cost) because they are so afraid of them ... I think Kristina will eventually tell the truth though and Keifer will get what's coming to him ...

SNEAK PEEK – WEEK OF MARCH 22 (ABC Hotsheet)

**Ethan tries to plead his case with Kristina and get her to admit he didn't attack her, but all that gets him is thrown in jail. And Sonny is still out for blood ... Can Kristina and her guilty conscience convince her dad to back off before he kills the wrong guy?

On the bright side, both Carly and Jason start to suspect that Kristina's not telling the truth. Of course, that doesn't exactly win them many fans either. A Carly/Alexis blow-out fight is in our near future.

And then there are Sonny and Luke -- the fathers of the accuser and the accused, respectively. These two former best friends have it out when Luke suggests Kristina might be lying. It'll be worth the price of admission alone to see those two Emmy-winning giants go toe-to-toe.

Meanwhile, Maxie's heart continues to get weaker. By the end of the week, she's on death's door. Things are so dire that we get an appearance from Maxie's late sister Georgie (Lindze Letherman, returning for the first time since Georgie's death in 2007). The question is whether Georgie shows up to keep Maxie strong ... or to usher her to the other side.

Claire is still hell-bent on getting Michael back in Port Charles and onto the witness stand. This week, she uses her sneaky lawyer tricks to get Dante to implicate Michael as a material witness.

All this, PLUS: Lulu and Dante are still looking for a quiet place to have sex for the first time. Those poor pent-up, would-be lovers ...

I wonder what the aftermath of Kristina having lied is going to be? We know Sonny won't step up and grovel for forgiveness but what about Alexis, Sam and all the other doubters?

I haven't sat down and watched GH since right before Kristina was attacked. I did see a little tiny bit of Friday's episode while I was flicking around for other stuff to watch.

MickeysMommy: I love this :worship:! :rotfl2:

I just got an update on my facebook page saying they are recasting Michael's role.
http://sn.soapnet.go.com/news/article/general-hospital-recasts-michael
Breaking news: General Hospital is recasting the role of Michael Corinthos. Drew Garrett will be exiting the part of Sonny and Carly's son, and actor Chad Duell will be taking over the role.

ABC issued the following statement on the recast: "We are recasting the role of Michael Corinthos Jr., the son of Sonny and Carly, with actor Chad Duell. His first airdate is Tuesday, April 20th. The continuing storyline will have viewers on the edge in the weeks leading up to May sweeps as Michael and his father frantically try to hide the truth that he murdered his stepmother Claudia.

We want to thank Drew Garrett for his time with General Hospital and wish him well in all his future endeavors."

Drew Garrett took over the role in April 2009, when Michael woke up from a nearly year-long coma.

Chad has appeared on shows such as The Wizards of Waverly Place and The Suite Life on Deck.

I wonder why the are recasting him :confused3 ... I think he has been doing a really good job in the role ... I guess they only gave him a one year contract since he started in April 2009 and the "new Michael's" first airdate will be April 20th ...

But are they for real, this storyline (finding out that Michael killed Claudia) is going to drag out until May sweeps? ... uuugggh, that's at least another six weeks :sad2: ...

OK, I have to be really mean here. Has anyone else noticed that Alexis can't say the name ETHAN...she pronounces it Efan (or Ephan). Drives me insane every time she says it! Watch her mouth when she says it next time, you'll see what I mean. I want to call the producers and tell them not to have her say his name unless she can say ETHan. I think she's a good actress so I think that is why I'm very surprised no one has corrected her.

I also am not very happy at ALL with this whole Kristina lie. I think it only exemplifies and demonstrates how people are wrongly accused and sometimes charged with things they did not do while these victims protect others.

Even if they go through with this storyline I think at the end of the show (similar to when she talks about Teen Abuse Helplines) Kristina should also say something along the lines of "please also remember this is a storyline and it is NOT ok to lie or wrongly implicate someone if you are being abused" etc. Just my 2 cents.:thumbsup2

I never noticed that ... now I can't wait until she says Ethan again so I can check it out ... and watch, she will never say his name again  ... but have you also ever noticed that sometimes she lisps? ... that drives me a bit crazy too sometimes because I don't think it's caused by a speech issue, but rather because she overacting ....

I agree, Kristina's lying is not making me very happy either ... ok if the writers wanted to show briefly that this, sad but true, happens in real life, but IMO, they should have made the point and then moved on quickly with Kristina telling the truth ... I can't wait until Keifer and his parents (they were so smug) gets theirs and than everyone has to apologize to Ethan (aka Ephan :) ) ...

but it's just my opinion :) ...

I know you almost wish she didn't remember, but thats been done a million times. O boy so have Keifer parents give me a break but that is also the truth in real life. I am just hoping it brings the Spencer kids together so they can start acting like Luke & Bobbie-sticking together threw thick & thin.
