To add the tag to your signature you need to first go to the top of this screen and click on User CP. Then choose edit signature. From there copy and paste this into your signature and save it:

Here's another Disney Dad. I've been hooked since my "once in a lifetime" family trip at age 9.

Didn't go again until I was in college. Got my wife hooked, so we had our Honeymoon at WDW. (We can both recite the entire script from the Haunted Mansion. DL and MK versions)

Now my 3.5 year old DS is a Disney Nut. His first trip and my first trip as a Disney Dad is in 5 days.

Oh yes, I'm just waiting for Fantasia to get released so I can complete my collection of Disney Animated videos. (The real classics, not the sequels)

I am extremely jealous of your upcoming trip! My WDW Trip/Disney Cruise was in December and I can not get the "When you wish upon a star...." tune out of my head. You know what.....I don't wanna! Have a blessed time and enjoy your family!

That is so cool . He looks like he is so into the moment.

I'm just happy that DD made it through her 1st HS exams a few weeks ago and still has all As , I know she doesn't get it from me But I encourage her to be all she can be.

can i join the club....im a new found disney dad....went the first time on a disney cruise in 2005 with my first son who was about 2...than gave in to my wifes demands to go to the "world" in april of 2006.....loved it so much that she wanted a cruise for later in 2006 and i wanted disney..i won!!!....it came to 2007 and had son #2 and at 6months old i knew that he had to see the "world" for himself....and again we went to the world in october of 2007...i cant imagine not planning a vaction to disney .....cruise in 9 months on the magic....and YES I HAVE DISNEY IN THE IPOD AND A MICKEY HITCH COVER..MY BOSS NEVER ASKS WHERE WE GO...HE KNOWS THAT WHEN VACATION TIME COMES AROUND....WE ARE " AS TOM BRADY AND RANDY MOSS WILL SAY TONIGHT"....WERE GOING TO DISNEY WORLD!!!!!!!!!

Count me in as well. Took DW back in 98 when my company was owned by Disney. Won a trip through work and used the free tix they sent to us. Only lasted about 2.5 yrs it was nice while it lasted. We've taken DD since 2003 every year and went for our 10 yr anniversary in 2006. Since I was diagnosed with a Gluten allergy 6 days before our Xmas trip in 2005 and found out how they cater to people with food allergies, I've convinced DW it's the only place I will vacation.

Oh, I meet at least 75% of the requirements.

Need some help/ advice from Dis Dad's out there. I will be at WDW in May, and it will be the first time with my DS, who will be 5 months old. I have been to WDW numerous times before, with my DD 2yo, and with nieces and nephews, but none of them were younger than 1yo. Are there any "dark rides to avoid, or to go on, etc. Any advice will be appreciated.

We took DD at 5 months last year and had a great time! Pooh was her first ride then walked right out to see Pooh just coming out to greet everyone.

She absolutely loved Small World and the look of amazement on her face was worth the trip.

At that age, I'm not sure that there are any shows or kiddie rides that I would avoid. Just use good judgement since you know your DS better than anyone and you know the rides since you have been on them before.

Make good use of the Baby Care centers and the Parent Swap for the rides. And HAVE A GREAT TIME!
