Amy and Jennifer great pics!!

I love coming home to what it used to be like.

I am about 3/4 the way through the meat....today was so bad(emotionally draining) that I made Jim stop at the alkeehall store to get me loaded tonight...I have found it's one way that is sure to give me uninterrupted sleep and the 5 hours I am more than likely getting tonight better be uninterrupted!!:rotfl:

Amy - That is precious!! And Kevin's costume is so clever! Very, very cool!

Thanks! It was the easiest way to "transport" Matthew for trick-or-treating. :thumbsup2

We're actually headed back to the zoo tomorrow morning. We missed half the animals' pumpkin smashing, because we were too busy trick-or-treating. They pass out some good treats! I  our zoo membership!

Tom, do you like the Columbus zoo?

Goodnight DDA!

OK, can I just tell you all how gross this pie is?
We love the coconut cream pies from Tom Thumb. DH bought one tonight but he told me it looks different than the ones we usually buy. Well, the whipped cream was different on the top, but I figured it would be fine. Wrong! The filling is very thick and gooey, and it doesn't have much flavor. I think it might be just plain vanilla pudding. Instead of the crust being tender and flaky it is hard and crumbly - almost the texture of a cookie but not good like a cookie. The whipped cream is thick, too, like whipped cream frosting. It's a complete disaster of a pie! We don't ever go to that particular location, but it was near Blockbuster. We won't be going there again! Maybe I will return it to another location and demand a replacement.

Theresa, are you drunk? ;) :rotfl:

I remember those pictures! :goodvibes Tom, did you make it back to KI this month? I like KI, but they really are focusing on the scary this year. They even close the Nick area at 5 p.m. to encourage the parents to get the kiddos out. And they're pretty stingy with candy. That's another reason why we're going back to the zoo, instead of KI tomorrow. Plus, we've gone 14 times since April, and I'm a little burned out. ;)

Goodnight for real, now!

not right now....going to wait until I almost done with the taco meat(don't want to burn myself:rotfl2: ) than I am loading myself up and hoping I don't wake up with my first ever hangover at 4:00 tomorrow morning!!!

If you have never had a hangover let me assure you that this is not a good time to start! I can also assure you that you aren't missing out on anything by not having one!

We have never been to the Halloween thing at our zoo. We have a membership, so I guess I should look and see when they are doing "Boo at the Zoo" this year.

Tom was wondering if we would hit the next milestone by sun. we have 233 posts since he got the milestone earlier today already.

hello....we did over 1000 in 48 hrs....we certainly can make the next stone by Sunday...then it really will be like the old days.

Okay the old days were like 6 months ago. :rotfl:

my parents neighborhood is having a Halloween party on the 26th, their is a farmers market that will be doing something on the 27th and then a local church has something on the 28th then our church on Halloween.

I might have to look at the Waco or San Antonio Zoo for next year to see if they are doing anything.

we went last year and both girls enjoyed it....if your zoo's like ours it's this weekend and next.

I am not planning on a hangover in the morning but since one drink can make me drunk....and I plan on having 2 or 3....my excedrin and I may be buddies in 6 hours!!:lmao:
