Great job Kevin!

Photoshop is really something that I need to look into!

Between Kevin and Beth I bet there are all sorts of things that PhotoShop can do!

I haven't seen that movie in years, but I can close my eyes and still see that horrible clown! I'm glad C wasn't scared! He's braver than I am!

I will never figure out why certain things scare certain kids. DS is NOT a particularly brave kid. He doesn't like to be left alone, even just for DH to run to the grocery store inthe afternoon. When he was little we had a cute little Frankenstein that played "Moster Mash". He was PETRIFIED of that decoration. I finally gave it to Goodwill because he was SOOOO scared of it, and he was scared for several years in a row! Now I have a little Purple People Eater and he is sort of afraid of that, even though he is in middle school. He had a nightmare one night that it grabbed him and tried to pull him into the closet. It is the size of a guinea pig! He was also afraid of the vacuum when he was little. But movies don't scare him. Maybe because he has done video production classes 3 times now and he looks at things from a technical standpoint.:confused3

I had a charge who was afraid of the hand dryer in the bathroom, and if we walked into a bathroom and he saw one he would FREAK. That was interesting.

I think DS was afraid of things because of his imagination. He could make things scary by thinking too many "what if" things about them.

I am glad that Alyssa is getting some use out of them!

Leighanna seems to be growing faster than her wardrobe.

We just had to get her some new pants, all of the one's that she had were either too short, or too tight in the waist.

She is not one that likes to sacrifice comfort for beauty!;)

here are some from the beach

Well, it's one thing to use Photoshop to blot out a mosquito or a runny nose, but Kevin goes overboard sometimes, goofing around with people's (I mean our children's) expressions. :rotfl:

Kids are weird. Tonight, we were playing a silly game that Kevin was a shark and Matthew was an alligator, and Alyssa and I had to make it to the couch (boat) safely. I made the mistake of pretending the alligator "got" me and she started bawling. Of course, I felt terrible. :guilty:

well i thnk m headed to bed...i think i ihave a kidney infectoni and im feeling really bad all of a sudden...so off to watch tv laying down for a bit...

not going out til 5 or so tomorrow so ill chat then :)

you need to get better girlie...and stop getting sick!!:goodvibes

I wonder if that knocking was actually somebody taking something apart? Like bookshelves or something. Maybe they were moving and getting the last of their stuff ready to go. :confused3

I've been keeping in touch with her behind the scenes. (She loaned me the Pooh costume and I loaned her Matthew's lobster costume for her nephew.)

Marci is the busiest person I "know!"

Did you see the photo that somebody made and posted on one of the forums of the "rooftop pool" at the Contemporary? It looked amazing! It was so good that a newbie saw it and did a copy & paste to ask what room you need to book for access to the pool1:rotfl2: Even though I KNOW it doesn't exist I had to stop and ask myself if I was really SURE.

Princess isn't very fearful, but one day Elmo had a wig on that made him look like Cousin It and she was scared.

Now Elizabeth, can't you get over the fact that someone might have actually been doin' the ----- ahem ....."nasty " next door?:rotfl:

Before anyone else can comment

Is it a rock lobster?:rotfl:
DS is fascinated by the B52's. He bought a greatest hits CD a few weeks ago.

Cute pictures Jennifer!

I can't swim in salt water. When we lived in Texas, there was an incident where a young girl lost her arm to a shark. She was only in waist-high water, but it was her time of the month. Luckily her dad was right there, and he hit the shark a few times and it swam away (with her arm).

I wasn't at the beach that day, but since Jaws is another movie that traumatized, that was the end of my salt water days.

Of course, I realize that attacks like that are few and far between, but like I said before, kids are weird, and sometimes they grow up to be wimpy adults.

I can, however, play shark in the living room with my children. :rotfl:

I forget that you haven't always posted on this thread Elizabeth!

No, Matthew was really supposed to be Sebastian, but I didn't like the Disney Store costume, so technically his costume was a lobster.

I can't believe this was a year ago!
