Hello again, and a happy Wednesday to you all!

I hope your week is going well. I'm on pins and needles! I applied for work at a few places and I'm waiting anxiously for a call. Too bad the studio photography thing didn't work out with my current/last job because now I'm stuck applying at grocery stores and dollar stores. Ahh well. It's a job, right? Hopefully I'll get something to hold me over until I can get back into school for my teacher's degree. Having just a Bachelor of Arts really sucks!

In much happier news (read: Why I needed to post about Disney, to actually make me smile this week) ...

Hooray! Only 46 sleeps to go! We are really, REALLY getting there! I mean, it's August! I can officially say that we are going to Disney next month!

I haven't checked anything new off my to-do list... and it's getting longer! I've started to add such things as "pack" and "paint nails", but of course I've got about 44 days until I can do any of that. I did stop in the mall and have a peek at sandals. There's a really interesting squishy pair I think I might try. First a job, then a paycheck, then sandals. I've also added "Finish honeymoon scrapbook" to the list. An odd to-do item, but I'm still working on the scrapbook from my 2010 honeymoon, and I've got a 2011 trip to work on too! I want to finish one trip book before I take another trip!

Anyhow, on with the day-to-day plans, shall we?

Day 3, part 2.
Tuesday, September 18, evening.

There could be two possible courses of action for this night, and it will depend on what we do on our arrival night.

IF:

we arrive early Sunday, head to DHS and get all the small rides done,

THEN:

This evening will be a MK evening!

Plan of attack:

We will be staying at DHS this evening to get the small rides done (and since this post was done already, I'm going to skip through quickly!)

The plan of attack here will basically be to complete DHS entirely!

So again, it will all depend on how the beginning of the week goes!

After today, it will be a bit better to plan it out so stay tuned for day 4!

Mmmmm, that funnel cake looks good. I have never had a funnel cake, can you believe it? I have said the last two trips I would get one but am always too full when I am somewhere that has one. I'll have to add it to must must do's for Feb.

Never had a funnel cake? Aww that makes me sad! You have to have one in Feb! I recommend sharing it, they're big and filling!

I try to ignore the Disney hate as well. Even if they thought the whole thing was stupid, they could at least ask, "So, what is it that keeps you going back and excited about each trip?" as opposed to, "I can't believe you are going there AGAIN. Can't you do anything else?"

I honestly feel like it was just yesterday that I was saying, "I am going to Disney World the month after next!" so I'm sure time will fly for you too!

I just wanted to write a quick update about my job situation.

I had an interview this morning and basically the manager was asking me if I wanted the job, and if so, it's mine. So I have a job!

I am working at my old place (Japan Camera) Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, and I start at La Senza on Monday. (Can you say "YAY" for 40% off lingerie and pajamas?) It's a full time stock position so I'm basically receiving and unpacking boxes and putting all the stock out on the sales floor. Not much customer interaction and it's basically Monday to Friday, 9-5. Nice regular hours and decent pay so it's going to be good. I'm excited to start and try something new. I hope I enjoy it and can save up some money for Disney and for future trips and also for going back to school!

I also mentioned to the manager that I have a Disney trip coming up. She said it would be no problem to give me the time off for that, which is fantastic and something I was a little nervous about.

So it's going to be sad to say goodbye to my guys at JC. I've been working there since 2007 when I started as their Santa Claus photographer! I'm definitely doing a 180 as far as jobs go, should be an adventure!

And now I must go, I was lucky enough to get back home in time for the Olympic Equestrian and my poor team Canada is battling back with only 3 team members, a serious disadvantage. Gotta get my game (cheering) face on!
