The countdown to POP Century - September 2011!!!!

This is probably old news since I have been away a lot lately but I just saw the Sept. hours have changed. What I am excited about is HS is staying open until 9:00 every night of our trip (has always closed at 7:00 when we have been there) and Fantasmic is showing every night. We have never seen Fantasmic. We have always stayed away from HS on Fantasmic nights because the crowds were so large. Maybe I will finally be able to see it this trip!

Well, we really check into POP the last day of August but since are stay is bascially in Sept. I figured I could post here!

Exactly 74 days from today we will be on the Magical Express on our way to POP!!!

It is getting closer. Our suitcases are starting to get full Yes, we are early packers. Love seeing those suitcases out with Disney stuff in them.

I wish I could pack. My oldest is going on the Disney dream with my parents then to DW. So all of her extra summer stuff is there now. I have picked up a few things here and there.

I've had stuff in a suitcase since March LOL don't feel bad... gotta start packing some more things - just have to find a way with out DD finding out since the whole trip is a surprise...

Wish i could go. but we have to wait till sept 22 but we'll be there for 2 weeks! I'm just hoping that the love bugs won't be as bad as they were last Sept at Pop. They covered the walls over by the bolwing ball pool - it was tough. You had to put a towel on your legs when you were relaxing at the pool or the love bugs would cover your legs in no time. I never understood why WDW doesn't spray the area.

We just changed our dates so we wouldn't have to take my oldest out of K the second week into school. Our new dates are 8/27-9/4still 9 days. We loose a day but taking her out into the second week of school was stressing me out. We did have to do a room only on the 27th before the FD started. But it was ok with us. I was able to rebook pirates league and everything else fairly easy.

I am really starting to get excited. My problem is I always get really depressed the week before we go because I know it is almost all over. I hate that I get that way.

I was thinking maybe Sept 26th(Mon) We have 1900 late dinner(6:50) but figure some late nt maybe 9 by the pool for a bit would be fun!!! ANy takers?

That sounds like fun! We'll be there 24-oct2. Monday we're going to Universal and then Medieval Times, so I'm not sure how late we'll be. I'll keep you posted though!

We are totally in - we r at animal kingdom that day and then may head to downtown Disney for supper but def can meet around the pool
