The countdown to POP Century - September 2011!!!!

For the life of me I cannot figure out what day to get MNSSHP tickets for? We are doing the QSDP again this year. We just prefered it last year. I'm not sure if we should do the 20th or the 23rd. Seem like alot of people are picking the 20th. To us it don't matter since we don't leave until the 26th.

We do have a TS meal at Tusker house scheduled for the 23rd. I'm not thinking I can switch that. For some reason that one seems hard to get.


Love that my ticker is going down!!!! Tommorow we will be 4 months out and we have paid for everything except MNSSHP.

I do have a breakdown of extra expenses while we are there.
PL for 2 girls 100.00
T-rex dinner 75-100.00 we like to get a adult beverage here so it will probably be on the high end.
Tukser house breakfest 100.00 with tip
2 build a dino's this is a must for my girls 70.00
Tips for Mousekeeping for 10 days around 40.00
Tips for ME 10.00
So far 420.00

We are taking a 1000.00 with us. Last year we spent around 600- 700. My girls will each have a GC for around 125.00 each so that will be plenty dh just buy there t-shirt, autograph book and build a dino.

Just booked our Stay at Pop for September 19th - 26th. This is our first time staying here.

Moved our dates to sept 14-20 for better flight times. Now we land around 11:35 am and leave 4:30 pm. Have to redo planing. Haven't even started thinking about packing. Feeling a little stress, but will pass as soon I get plane tickets this week (hopefully). Keep wondering do I stay at pop and upgrade to dining plan or change to cbr. Any comments are much wanted. I just need to make a decision and stick with it. Main pro for pop is the cheesecake

We have stayed at the moderates and I do like them. But the price diffrence for us is around 750.00 for 10 days. Dh and I don't think it is worth that much. We paid less than that for our airfare.

This was our thoughts exactly. We were going to try a MOD this time but just can't justify the price difference when we are at the parks from opening to closing and plus we just LOVE POP.

Placed my wegoshop order today....well started cause I am sure it may expand. just needed to order the water bottles..with sport lids, Smirnoff, donuts, and snacks. Wanna make sure even though we have free dining , my goal is not to buy any extra food. We all know 1 snack credit is not good enough for the kids...they always seem hungry...LOL I ordered fruit, fiber bars....our normal diet. I don't mind them splurging but don't want their stomachs all screwed up without good food too. But don't get me wrong--my DD's will be sure to snag a mickey bar whenever they can...LOL

I'm trying to figure out how to use 72 snack credits. LOL Last year my youngest was free so this year she has meals and snacks. That is one thing I do love about the QSDP. I need to place a order threw Wego or Garden Grocer for a few things one being Dh Beer. I don't really want to spend 6.00 each. Not sure which to go with. I don't really need any other beverages since we get the refill mugs again this year. I may get some milk for the girls.

Ha ha I know. I still cannot wait to do all the extra's we have scheduled for the kids this year. Last year we didn't do to many beacuse we paid for my stepson and his GF also. But this year we don't have the added expenses. So we are doing PL,MNSSHP,T-rex and Tusker house breakfest. We are on the QSDP since we didn't want tons of adr's for our 10 day stay. We did the QSDP last year and love it along with a couple of adr's.

Celebrating my 40th with the Mouse on Magic Kingdom's 40th!!!

My guys tried surprising me with the trip, but DH couldn't wait, he said it's not fun to plan it without me. We also get to go to the MNSSHP for the first time - already have the tickets! I can't wait!!
