For an idea to use your great pictures, you can print a whole bunch of them up and put them on the front of a card. If you are having another crawfish boil soon, you could use them as invites. Use the food pics for and invite to a bbq or picnic. My friend did this with flower pics as a just thinking of you card and she also had a picture of a candle on a cake for a birthday card. Great pics!

i also have another question, do you cook the crawfish different times throughout the boil so that it is always hot when people are eating it.

just wondering cause i did not know how good cold crawfish is?

yes that is sausage. Many people are known to add hot dogs too....they get all that flavor in them and are quite delicious! I didn't care for the sausage too much----too tough for me!

For this boil, there were about 50 people there, so that's why they had so many pots so they could constantly have crawfish boiling. They boiled for hours! They threw in a few different batches of veggies, too. Man that broccoli was good! I love boiled cauliflower too but they didn't have it at this boil.

It's OKAY but not WONDERFUL...like I said before when you asked about leftovers, we will put it in the fridge and eat it cold the next day if we have any leftover, cuz you can't really heat it up. But nothing beats hot boiled crawfish, straight from the pot! MMMmmm!!

I look more like my Dad than my Mom so it's fitting.

So, as I continue with the Santa Rosa Beach report, I left off with a lot of random pictures from the crawfish boil.

There was someone there who I want to “introduce” you to now.

Yes, that’s the crazy looking bike we saw earlier that morning! It’s actually a very rare trike (3 wheel bike) but is very different from any other thing I’ve seen.

Mike got to take a ride! Lucky duck!

This was just an uber cool experience for Mike! He was so thrilled! He said they got up to about 120 in that thing! And people were taking pictures whenever they’d pull up to a red light or a stop sign.

That was the highlight of the trip for him.


And I’d like to take this time to show y’all Mike’s new chain he bought. I couldn’t find one for Christmas so he ended up finding one himself

I read your newest update too. That "bike" is AWESOME!!! I'm so jealous that Mike got to go for a ride in it. How come the guy didn't want to take the pretty girl (aka you) for a ride? That thing is just sweet! Who is that guy anyways? Like, who knows him and how is he affiliated with that group? I'd be friends with him just so I could get a ride is that wrong?
