morning all!

I can understand everyone is crazy busy!!! It is that way here too! What was i thinking that when school started things would settle down?!?!? Now we picked up scouts, dave bowling, and my volleyball!
I am thinking of telling my pizza friend that i am to busy to put myself on the schedule anymore. I do have fun when i work there and love the few hours away but i don't even know if it is worth it anymore. we will see.

mac--i go to lincoln because they have good stores! here in my town they just have cheapie stores such as pamida and alco. I don't buy things there unless i am really in need. I think i am going to have lincoln withdrawls in the next few weeks because i am going to go to busy to drive to lincoln.

I went to kohls yesterday too and hit the mother load! It was save an extra 15% if you put it on your kohls card--so i did There i found a pair of levi jeans for $7.00!!!!! made my day!!! I found a pair of boots for aubrey for $3.00!!!!! It was a good bargin day for me!!

I have volleyball tonight, dave bowls, and noah has scouts so i will be running all night.

Have to start laundry now!! how is that a never ending job????

Crazy morning here too, but we are making progress...I've been typing my little fingers to the bone (not MY boney butt, but my boney fingers.... ) and answering the phone...if the phone would quit I might get something done.......yippee, its almost my lunch time too...the other gal goes first, then I go....I like going later, makes the afternoon shorter...

Stay focused people....LOL..even though we all are busy

Laundry....think we discussed that the other day and decided it was a Big Fat PITA........but its gotta be done. I always say we are awful dirty people or awful clean people by all the laundry I do...

a drive to chicago at 7 in the morning is a rotten way to start the work week.
had to take a son there for the kidney specialist.
took over an hour and then more lab work.

home dropped of kid and then i went to the doctor at noon.
then to the bank and to the hair salon.


now home, whew and the day is about gone. by that i mean the sun goes down in about 2 hours............yea, its fall all right

how long did it take for you to go thru security check and check in at orlando airport when you came home last week?


i have a 7:35 pm flight and not sure what time i should make my pick up ride for.

mac--sorry that you had such a long drive on monday! How did the appt. go? hope everything is okay!!!

I am going to be off soon to noah scout meeting. Then to volleyball! I do have a problem though--noah's scouts get over at 7 and my volleyball starts at 6:45 it's to far for him to walk--i guess i will just have one of the dad take him down to where i am.

since it is on a holiday, i was concerned that it would be crowded and lengthy check in / security issues.

No..Deena did have an evening departure, but Mic and I had the morning.

Even at its worse, I dont think it will be anywhere NEAR the lines of chicago and Atlanta!!!

I think you will be ok getting there an hour and a half early. If you get nervous about timing...maybe 2 hours. But that line wont be long. I am sure of it.

thanks ocm, maybe i should have a pick up at 5 at the hotel, get to the airport at 5:30 and that gives me 2 hours......

i upgraded to business class and have a separate checkin and free booze and food................

i am looking forward to the food. but they told me all the booze is free three different times. i asked, what type of food do you have??





or do you think i can get away with a later pick up time than 5?

Evening all....I've been home for a bit and just made dinner and relaxed, now its time to put some grub in front of the partner...he should be home in a few minutes....

Mac, ocm is right, we breezed through security, but it was not a particularly busy day at the SW terminal.........I still think a couple hours is plenty of time...and if the line is long, yell that you have a flight and they will pull you out and put you through...

Gotta go, may be back later, lots of TV on tonight and I'm tired, so not sure if I'll pop back, but no doubt I will to say goodnight.......

quick ain't I.........LOL......the microwave is a wonderful invention...then he and I can never agree on what to watch on TV, so I just leave the room and hit the computer or watch TV in my bedroom.....did not watch the Emmy's last night, they get too long winded for me anymore....I watched that stuff for years and guess I've just grown kinda tired of it.

What day do you leave for your trip mac? And the only place I've ever been held up in security was out in Phoenix last year, and it was a nightmare...but that is cause they didn't have enough devices open nor do they have any intelligent people working.........I won't go into what the one woman said to me and what I said back when I asked her about the mile long line.... she must have been confused with the sign on her desk that read "help desk".......cause she sure as heck was no help...old bat, she made me so mad. Are you coming back on Columbus day? That could tend to be busy, but I still think you will be fine. What airline did you end up on?

Pam - I did it. I went to VS and decided that the $30 was too good of a deal to pass up. Here is the problem..it was 150 with 30 off. BUT..if you spend 250 you get 75 off!!! I chose the second. And I could have gotten 150 off if I had spent 500, but I think Lee would have my head if I did that!!!
