Hey, can I take the test to become a member of this thread? I know that leaf blowers, thongs, TVT old little ones, (crayon hider's ala Asher in Canada's restaurant) meshmar's address and such should be sufficient? Can I join? PULEEEESE?

Mac - my tests are not hard. You are much skinnier than I am. I just started back at the gym, you have been keeping up at curves this whole time.

Mic - that is cool about the bike seat. I swear I have no idea how people (guys really) are able to sit on those seats.

Pam - I tried to catch you last night. Sorry I had to run to get Julie, but we can talk more today if you have time. I am childfree until 12:40.

TVT - how was school last night?

Kurt - are you doiing the beach trip again this year? I don't remember if you did that last year or two years ago, but if you have that planned let me know. I will be up that way this summer for sure

Keisha - I think hacking all over the dentist should be fine. He wears a mask anyway. Besides, maybe the sucky thing will help suck out some of the germs in you.

I am going to be sore tomorrow since the class today was wicked hard. We had to bend sideways holding weights to work on our obliques. I hope I can twist tomorrow.

Momma girl, I was SO good (because I ate a few SO bad things yesterday), that while watching the Biggest Loser (inspiring maybe ??) I got on my bike and rode another 10 miles, so last evening I actually did 20 miles total. I still cannot believe I'm not dropping any poundage:mad: :headache: not gaining, but not losing. I'm determined to keep up the excercise though, it can't hurt and it is good for me. I know what you mean about bike seats, we rented bikes at WDW one time, and rode from WL over to the campground and all around, my **** hurt for a couple days after that jaunt:laughing:

Oh, I've been doing something kinda like that every evening, I hold my weights, bend to the left and stretch and bend to the right....I don't do a ton of them, cause I don't want to overdo...ya know I'm not known for being the excercise queen:goodvibes I only have 5 lb weights too, I'm a novice/sissy :yay:

he is only banned from doing the pm functions.
once that is up, he is fine.

I did three reps of 25 (each side) with 10lb weights and I am praying I will be able to move tomorrow. I am glad to know you are doing those too. Are you sore after?

I am so proud of you for doing the 20miles. That is awesome; I could never do that. :worship: :worship: Hang in there with the weight thing, it will go down. If it doesnt drop much in two months, try on a pair of jeans and see if they look and feel different.

I am going to miss Gant so much. He was a great Japaneese Icon who watched over all of us.

But I am so glad Kurt is joining us. I'm sure he is an excellent coffee provider. :lovestruc :lovestruc :love2: :love2: puckerup:

Momma, as I said, I'm no excercise queen, nor have I been, so I'm very tentative about what I do, as I don't mind a little soreness, that is natural, but I don't want to 'hurt'....I have been doing 10 to each side, I also put my arms at my sides and lift them as far as I can, those I feel ALOT...I'm also doing some arm curls with the weights and then hold one weight behind my head and go straight up...nothing much for those of you that really are into it all, but for me, its a big deal doing this much. I'm actually feeling a little muscle pop up on my upper arm:goodvibes pretty soon I'll be wrestling my hubby to the mat.....LOL :rotfl2:

He will fit in good with the fitness groupies around here.....

all i'll say about the other thread in question was i read thru it all and honestly, it was one of those threads that i'd open if i were bored and still click it off out of indifference:confused3 . starting to think there may be a new breed of trolls, the type that knowlingly paint a target on their backs then sit back & watch the mayhem:sad2:

fyi, i found my powder form of slimfast on drugstore dot com (free S&H) So shocked i ordered it late Sat. night & it was delivered tuesday evening...that is fast. i may become a regular customer; i hate going to the drugstore; always wind up with more stuff due to impulse purchases that i really don't need.

Keisha - Which powder do you use? I used to drink myoplex..but 1/4 way down, I was full for the day. I was probably healthier though. I got a lot more nutrients than I do now.

Mac - I hope it warms up there. Its going to be in the 60s here next week. But I can't wait for summer. I love the 90 degree weather.

Mic - I agree Kurt will fit in with all of us perfectly.

TVT - no you aren't quite in that same group. This isnt the group that goes to Hardees for a double cheeseburger for lunch and pizza hut for dinner. We don't consider the walk to the car a workout:rotfl:
