Hey everyone...
I have lots of questions so be prepared!!! :D

I was just wondering what the age requirements are for the "teen activities". We have an 18 year old going with us and wondered if she can go to Common Grounds or if she will have to participate in the adult activities. What do you suggest for her to do?

Also, where do you sign up for the wine tasting? It is offered on the 7 day cruise, correct? Are the backstage tours of the Magic and the Draw Mickey class free or do you need to pay for those?

We're not planning on doing any excursions on St. Maarten or St. Thomas but have been thinking about renting a car. Has anyone had any luck with this? Where do you suggest we go while on the islands? What are the best places we shouldn't miss?? Are there any good restaurants or other places to grab a drink that you know of?

Do we need to bring our own towels for St. Maarten and St. Thomas? What should we bring to Castaway Cay?

We leave this Saturday so if anyone has any other last minute tips of what to do or what to bring, PLEASE let me know!! Thanks!

I had a 17 & 18 yr boys last year and they did go to common grounds but also did some of the adult activities. They found that the common grounds mostly had younger teenagers. Being boys, the ended up doing the basketball thing with the older teens and just hanging out. The 18yr old could go to the adult clubs at night and did go there for the music, plus the 17 yr old went with him and no one questioned him about his age. I had worried to before going what the 18 year old would do, but both my boys had a great time on the 3 day cruise that this year we are going on the 4 day. Being teens, they were the later riser and then were up until 3am. Some of the movies don't start until 11pm so they can do that also. They seemed to find things to do, until the early hours of the morning. I'm sure your 18 yr old will enjoy the trip.

Hey. I don't think that you will have to worry about your 18yr old, getting into the teens club. She will have such a great time.

When getting off on St. Maarten, and St. Thomas, we borrowed towels from the "clean towel" cupboard, next to the pools, the night before. Then, we just brought them back, into the "dirty towel" cupboard. But, when you get off on to Castaway Cay, they do give you towels. There is a huge rolling cart. When you are finished, getting back on to the ship, you just throw them into another rolling cart.

Hopefully, I helped some, and have a GREAT cruise :)
