Ped./Comm. Miles: 1.5, 1.0, 3.35, 3.35,
Ped./Comm. Time: :28, :17, :54, :46
DETAILS
Running/Walking/RW: Treadmill and pavement. Plus, that running in jeans experiment. These numbers are slowly increasing!
XT activities: Circuit and strength training (incl. free weights, circuit training, core work, and flexibility exercises), elliptical trainer, rowing, and stationary bicycling. Missed yoga class this week because of Easters cancelled class, but did a DVD.
Pedestrian/Commuter Miles are walking with a purpose to/from neighborhood destinations (Ive slowed down to account for 16:00-18:00 mpm in regular conditions to work on my form); they do not include walking inside a destination or between destinations within a neighborhood (i.e. this is just commute time). I also count pedestrian strolls with DOOD, who doesn't understand this is a race!
