TEAM #6: OHANA-No One Gets Left Behind:Post your miles/hours here

I'D LIKE TO DONATE MY LR MILEAGE & MINUTES TODAY TO ROBERT. THANKS FOR THE SUGGESTION, DAVE!

I'll calculate the totals below, Jeanne. Just pay attention to the red posts. ;)

DAILY/SESSION TOTALS:
W/O Miles: 24.37, 23.49, 8.52, 0, 27.14, 0, 29.10
W/O Time: 2:30, 2:30; 1:35, 1:00, 2:00, 1:00, 2:45
Ped./Comm. Miles: 1.5, 1.0, 3.35, 3.35,
Ped./Comm. Time: :28, :17, :54, :46

DETAILS
• Running/Walking/RW: Treadmill and pavement. Plus, that “running in jeans” experiment. These numbers are slowly increasing! :goodvibes
• XT activities: Circuit and strength training (incl. free weights, circuit training, core work, and flexibility exercises), elliptical trainer, rowing, and stationary bicycling. Missed yoga class this week because of Easter’s cancelled class, but did a DVD.
• Pedestrian/Commuter Miles are “walking with a purpose” to/from neighborhood destinations (I’ve slowed down to account for 16:00-18:00 mpm in regular conditions to work on my form); they do not include walking inside a destination or between destinations within a neighborhood (i.e. this is just commute time). I also count pedestrian strolls with DOOD, who doesn't understand this is a race! :lmao:

I'm ready to post for the week: 8mi; 4:45......not too much, but I had other things that needed tending to.

I picked up a few stragglers from last week, but it seems we are still missing reports from Denny, Vanessa and Kelley.
Also, I have miles to post for Ashley, but no spot on the spreadsheet....can you help me out with that one, Jen? Thanks for always bailing me out.

Let's see:

3/22 running 6 miles 75.8 min
3/23 45 min mowing the yard
3/24 running 4.16 miles 50.5 min
3/26 running 2 miles 28.5 min

For Robert:

Not the best of weeks for me, but I will donate some to Robert.

For Robert

I had a slow week. Only got out twice. I'm blaming it on the Easter Bunny, since Sundays are when I do my "long" (well, long for me) runs.

Since I only got out to run twice, I'll post one day for me and one day for Robert.

Julie:
2.75 miles / 30.25 min

Robert:
2.75 miles / 30.50 min

My report for the week:

Miles: 75.63
Time: 6:00 even.

You can take some for Robert. What ever he needs.

OK, here are my totals:

Total is 20.3 miles and 3 hours 17 minutes

Here is how to post it:
2 miles to Robert
2 miles to Linda

16.3 miles for me
3 hours 17 minutes for me.

Tapering killed my miles for the week but paid off today....Working on the race report now. Just waiting until the results come out so I can add them...I know the total time from my watch but no splits or anything.

Miles: 38.91
Time: 8.29

OK, here are my totals:

Total is 20.3 miles and 3 hours 17 minutes

Here is how to post it:
2 miles to Robert
2 miles to Linda

16.3 miles for me
3 hours 17 minutes for me.

Linda and I want to thank everyone who has donated hrs/miles to us. Great friends and team mates:grouphug:

Great job team:thumbsup2

I had a bummer week. Travel over Easter weekend really disrupted the training. Here are my totals, though:

Training 3/22 - 3/28: 17.4 miles, 3.5 hours

Also, since I was out of town for Easter, I forgot to report my miles last week. If you can still accept them, here they are:

Training 3/15 - 3/21: 23.2 miles, 4.5 hours

Please give Robert 5 miles and 1 hour

I've returned!

I almost had a big fat zero to add, but then Thursday this past week was a beach day and I walked some on the beach and then rather than moving our car into town for lunch/shopping, we walked from the beach to downtown. So, I really don't know how many miles I walked, but I did get some time so put me down for a big whopping workout time of 30 minutes! woo.

I'll do better this week. Back to the grind!

Hi Everyone,

Great week for me, a big zero for Dennis. Now we've each had a turn, so we'll hope we both have miles/hours next week.

For 3/22 - 3/28:

Dennis: 0 -- lots of back pain, but feeling better now

Maria -- 24.436 miles/250 minutes

Robert -- please subtract 4 miles and 60 minutes from the above, I'm giving him one mile each day I worked out.

Thanks!
Maria

Here are my miles and minutes for the last week. I took it easy this week, hopefully I'll have the time to bounce back up next week.

Miles Total 9.6 (1.4 miles swimming and 8.2 miles running)

Minutes
Total 203 (3 hours 23 minutes)

Great job, Team! Since many people donated a portion of their miles to Robert, I will revise my own posting to donate half of my time and distance to Linda. Although I'm SURE she's doing lots of running around playing nursemaid, it's probably not the reportable kind of activity so I'm adding 4 miles and 2:23 to her total. OHANA means family....Family means no one is left behind! Don't you just love our team! :grouphug:

I'm off to tally up the miles/minutes......(Gosh, I feel like Jeff Propst going to tally up the votes!)

Ashley: you're doing fine with the posting. Hopefully you're on the spreadsheet now and I will even add your prior weeks. When it comes to reporting all I really need is the total distance and the total minutes, but we'd love to hear what to did to achieve them! Let me know if you have difficulty accessing the spreadsheet info. I would post the link I use, but I think it's a direct shortcut for the captains.

Sorry, Ashley......you're still not on the spreadsheet, but not to worry, I'm keeping track of all your miles.

Jen: if you know how to add Ashley to our spreadsheet, please do. It seems to me that we need to add a few more rows and I'm afraid if I mess with it, I'll screw things up big time. Thanks so much!

Jeanne - I AM SO SORRY! LTO/WTO majorly and I totally forgot to add her. She is added now. I added her in the middle so it is alphabetically. I am hoping this will prevent the calculation problems we had last time when we added at the end of list. Let me know if something isn't adding up and I will fix it. I am leaving town for work the next couple of days, but will fix anything when I get back.

Last mileage of the month:

3/29 7.44 mile race (double mileage makes it 14.88) 90 min
3/31 4 miles 49 min

Total 18.88 miles, 139 min.

I'm posting my miles for this week a day early, as I won't have time to do so tomorrow. I'll just add Friday's totals to next week, if that's okay. It will include my LR. (Do let me know if I need to recalculate the numbers to shift the days to make March's totals accurate or the week's.)

I'm donating miles & minutes from this week's SRs to Robert & Linda this week, too. In order to make things easier, here's the bottom line:

DEBRA’S MILES: 117.40
DEBRA'S TIME: 13:20 (or 13.33 in decimal format)

TO ROBERT, MILES: 4.51 miles
TO ROBERT, TIME: 55 minutes (or .92 in decimal format)

TO LINDA, MILES: 4.50 miles
TO LINDA, TIME: 55 minutes (or .92 in decimal format)

I tried to increase my miles/minutes this week because I'll be at WDW this weekend, and I'm going to be indulging a bit. :woohoo: Unfortunately, that means my numbers next week are going to dump (not to mention the feared weight gain.) Oh well, how often do I celebrate a birthday?

Have a great weekend, Ohana!
