TEAM #6: OHANA-No One Gets Left Behind:Post your miles/hours here

WOW WOW WOW - great totals for the week so far!!!

OK, I finally got here...
Miles 9.4 (7.9 running, 1.5 swimming)

OK, here are the grand totals.
Miles are a little off, but the hours rock...this shows I wasn't slacking this week. With all the shows, it was hard to get the biking in...running is just easier....I also did 2 days/2 miles of swimming. That is lots of work for not many miles...but gotta do it for the tri.

Miles:49.76
Time: 17 hours 30 min

I'm still in recovery mode...can't quite run much yet.

5.82 miles
92 min all walking

Hey!! I think ya'll are cheating!! You have Christa!!

Seriously though.... WOW Christa you are still putting up some numbers!! Good luck on your tri!!

Dana

My mysterious ankle injury is just about healed, so hopefully next week's totals will be a little higher.

I almost forgot to post.

3 hours, 54 mins (234 mins)

Sorry about the late posting, but yesterday was a 500 mile day and we did not get back until 11:30 PM. To bad we don't get miles for driving to our events.

This week - 8.48 miles.

Time of 3:25

I included my diving time, but did not know how to calculate the feet. I did not want to include negative feet since we were down 80 feet.

This was the first week of my self imposed excerise vacation. It's working because I'm starting to look forward to getting back on the road. Just one more week before I start running again.

Drive by as busy in new condo....

Robert 18.25miles 8:30 hrs/mins

Great job everyone:thumbsup2

You guys never cease to amaze me! Great job again this week! I love the fact that we all have different strengths....some of us really rack up the miles, some the minutes, and of course we have a few star athletes that consistently do both. What a fabulous team.....I love you all!:flower3:

Sorry for being so late, but last week was crazy busy.

Like always, you can see where they came from on my BT site. Will be kinda tapering next week for my tri so the miles may be lower.....but I am trying to meet the goal of
100 miles running
200 miles biking
for the month of March...so I cannot slack too much.

Going to bed now...biking the tri course tomorrow and may run the run course if I have time.....

Up at ungodly 2:00am to get ready to head out for 50K race we RD...

Robert 19.1 mi 8:45 hrs/min
Linda 16.5 mi 6:45 hrs/min

For last week, I had 6.4 miles, and 3.6 hours.

I've been taking it kinda easy to allow my left knee to recuperate. I don't know if I'd been pushing it too hard, or if this is the start of things to come when you're 46. The knee is definately better, but not 100%. I"m going to start putting miles back on again to get ready for the Minnie.
