Have a wonderful time at WDW!

Debra --

Holy cow! Your numbers look awesome!! Please tell me that those 117 miles were not all on foot?!?! Also, someone please me know -- should I be keeping track of mileage on the elliptical, bike, etc.?? 117 miles... I :worship: that number!!!

Sorry if I seem a bit in awe. I am now inspired to get off my lazy butt and go run my lowly 7 hills. Thanks, Debra! Have a happy birthday trip!!!

Ashley
P.S. I'll be back soon to post my numbers. Just let me know on the elliptical, etc. stuff.

For last week, I only have 3 miles, and 1.5 hours.

I'm in the middle of building a 12x16 strorage barn in our back yard. As soon as it's under roof, I'll be able to ease up and make running more of a priority. I'm almost there.

It's been another low-action week for me.

I had 15 miles and 3.5 hours. (210 minutes)

let's see for the week ending 4/4 I did:

50min elliptical
1hr,20min upper body weights
1 hr volleyball
30min bike 7.42 miles
30min lower body weights
29min walk/run 2.16miles

Totals:
4h:39m
9.58 miles

My stats for the week:

Time 6:53
Miles 24.85

It sure is nice being off season. I'm enjoying the break from long runs. This morning I got my wife to do a 7 miler along the beach at sunrise. She is training for the Minnie. Speed training starts on 5/1 for me so I'll enjoy it until then.

I was going to do a Century bike ride tomorrow and get some great miles, but instead am going to do some scuba diving training with my son. That is a much better use of my time. Besides it still burns the calories and I don't sweat.....I freeze.

I only got out twice this week, so here are my #s:

7.35 miles
1 hr 21 min

I have to remember to actually turn on the alarm after I set it or I will keep sleeping through my runs!

I am low this week due to work commitments that took me out of town for 2 days. Hopefully this week will be much better!

9.5 miles (all run/walk)
2 hours 35 minutes (run/walk and stretching)

I hope it is all right. I tried to convert the yards into miles where I could so you get what you get there....:confused3

Go Team Ohana!
Maria

GREAT JOB, FAMILY!!!!

I'll go tally up the steps......(wearing a blue shirt, too) :rotfl:

Ashley: if your workout equipment records the miles, then you can post them here so a treadmill, elyptical, etc would be fine. The bikes I use in spinning class don't have anything to measure the miles so in that case I can only post my time.

Oooops, almost forgot...... just for accountability, I should also post mine:

11.0 miles; 11:10 hours/min

9.6 miles
229 minutes (3 hours 49 minutes)

A business trip kept me out of the pool 2 days this week. I'm glad the miles were not terribly impacted.

Next week includes my 25K trail run miles!

Sorry for being late posting, but had a busy weekend.

Miles 39.5

Hours 6 hrs 35 minutes.

Nancy

So, I don't even know where I left off.....and the thing I feel badly about is the ones I failed to document - the two times I shoveled off the driveway with heavy snow....didn't time it. The time I walked with my sister and son on the strip in vegas - didn't time it or garmin it. The time I took the dog out and forgot the garmin and didn't write it down. OK, I'm relying on my garmin to remember what I've done this month and in the interest of not overreporting, I am actually underreporting, and while we don't accept appologies on this team, I do feel badly for doing the work and not keeping track of it for us. I'll try to do better in the future. So here is my documented, recorded history for the month. I did better than I thought I would have actually. Those dog-walking miles do add up, evidently. I'm back to running more again - I've got the Minnie coming up. And May is shaping up to be a month full of races. I added the mileage double already in the total, but did not double the minutes for that race...it's the miles that double, not minutes, right? Egads, I'm rambling.

3/12 dog walk - 1 mile, 17 minutes; 3 miles, 62 min
3/13 walking dog - 2 miles, 34 min; jogging - 5.25 miles, 72 min; kung fu - 90 min
3/14 walk w/ dog 2 miles, 34 min

447 min

Week beginning 3/15
3/16 - St. Patrick's Day Human Race - 3.1 Miles, 31:16, plus .5 miles, 11 minutes for the kids races - those probably don't count double....
3/20 Kung Fu - 60 min....including breaking "practice boards" yowsa.

Week beginning 3/21
3/22 3.6 miles, 42 minutes - jogged with Sister on the Las Vegas Strip
3/23 1.5 miles, 55 minutes, hiked and climbed around Red Rock Canyon

Minutes:946 (15.76 hours)

Oh gosh - to flesh out last week.....

April
4/2 2.5 miles, 40 min

I'm sorry - I get so confused when the weeks and months don't line up. And pretty much all the rest of the time too. :upsidedow
