SadieDog, it's the National Board of Professional Teaching Standards. I missed by less than 20 points. Dh by less than 10. Teachers who are nationally certified have reciprocity in all states, and they recieve a bonus of $75,000 over a 10 year period.

If there was a chance that he was shot while on your porch, I would be calling law enforcement very quickly. If the people that shot him are willing to shoot at a house, it is obvious that they would not care if they hit a human.

That is showing what is called "a man endangering state of mind" on their part.

Grumpy Pirate, our neighbor is a police officer. We informed him as soon as the vet told us it was a gun shot. We have now had 3 police officers at our house. The hunters are pointing the finger at each other. I am not surprised. That still won't keep me from making sure that both of them lose their licenses.

DH is a hunter. He hunts and kills maybe one deer a year and one turkey. We put every piece of meat we can into the freezer. There is a big difference in that and what these physically adult men are doing.

Thats good, but losing a license should be the least of their worries. I think some jail time would be appropriate!

To add insult to injury, National Board scores were posted today. I didn't make it. I'm going to go through the retake process.

Are you sure? What about the ice sculptures? I figured those could keep things cold in the room cooler.

We're taking off. I may check in from the cruise. We plan on getting the internet. Though DH says he's bringing his laptop too because he doesn't want to sit on deck with my pink one. My evil pink plan worked!
