Fortunately, that's not necessarily true!! There is a thread somewhere here on the CB called "If you could catch the Tag Fairy..." or something like that, and there were people in there getting tags left and right a few weeks ago, all based on requests!! I am now on a quest for a scrolling or otherwise animated tag.... Hmm...I had originally wanted one that referenced my perpetual crush on Jason Bateman, but given the posts in here of the last few days, I'm thinking now maybe a reference to "babnanas" !!

That's good to know! Yes, those scrolling and animated tags are way cool! I don't blame you for coveting one of them. I always liked Jason Bateman too. Whatever happened to his sister Justine?

I'll have to read up on the babnana phenomenon!

We spent our time begging for tags too. It doesn't keep you from ever getting tags. But generally you get tagged when you least expect it. Kind of a nice egging.

Thanks for the encouraging words. Maybe there is hope for me yet!

ETA: If you wanted a REALLY odd conversation, you should have been around on our first thread (closed, like others, due to large size!) when we all started discussing Smileybug's little Pooh graphic in her sig....with the hearts appearing to come from his backside...

I don't know but whenever I think of her, all I can picture is her boyfriend, Nick from Family Ties - "Hey...!" - He was sooo '80s!! (ok that's really more of a 60s or 70s hippie-type smilie... Could someone order us an 80s graphic, please?!!) (And while we're at it, can anyone identify exactly what that little jumpy yellow thing is to the left??!....I get the red butterfly, but what's the other thing!?)

Good morning, all. I just finished watching "Cloverfield" - not bad. Didn't like the ending.

Mean Queen - You're right. Vegas is the adult Disney and the trip planning is just as fun. Hotels, shows, restaurants, museums, shopping complexes - the choices are endless!

These days hubby and I are back and forth on which Cirque show to see - Love or Zumanity. We've managed to see three of the five productions in Vegas, might as well keep it going 'til we've seen them all.

Nick! I do remember him! Very, very 80's. Michael J. Fox too, he was one of the biggest, most likable stars of the 80's. I adored him. I wonder how he is doing these days?

What would a good 80's graphic be? A smiley with big hair and shoulder pads maybe? A Phil Collins smiley? My brain isn't working well enough yet this morning to come up with anything else. I'll have to think on it. Maybe you can come up with something better. ,

I read down and saw that Mean Queen identified the detached, bouncing peace sign. I wouldn't have guessed that. I thought it was a little teddy bear head, though I don't know why a bobbing bear head would be next to a hippie graphic.

I did do some babnana research last night. I have to do more but I'm starting to grasp the whole nekkid babnana thing.

I really don't think you could go wrong with either. I've been dying to see O, the Cirque in water show. But it'll be a while before we get back to Vegas. We watched just about every Vegas show on the Travel channel before we went, and saw maybe 1/16th of what we wanted.

The BF and I are huge Cirque fan's. I've seen La Nouba and we've both seen KOOZA (outstanding) and Corteo (very, very good). We're both dying to get to Vegas where we will probably spend our entire trip (and savings account) trying to see as many of the Cirque shows as possible. O is on the top of the list.

The sun is definitely shining down here. We're supposed to go to WDW next weekend for DH's birthday. If the weather continues to get hotter, we'll be spending a lot of our time at the Boardwalk scary clown pool instead of the parks.

So, apparently our early summer has left NH.... Today is low 50s, overcast, raw and drizzly. Tomorrow we are expecting "real" rain and now they are suddenly posting flood warnings!! Crazy. We do need the rain, though, quite badly. Everything is gonna green up real quick with a bit of moisture, too!

Mean Queen, how's Florida today?! Soak up some sun for me, ok?

You love those scary movies! I've decided today is my lazy day. My 2 year old and I are watching TV and not going to any activities or errands. I just hope she still naps because I need to catch up on "Lost" from last night before I read any spoilers.

I totally forgot to tape last weeks episode. Hopefully I'll remember this week and I won't be too "Lost".
