Morning ya'll.

Moms - I bet your family will love the Platinum package. We used the Premium last trip and it was fantastic!! I still get a giddy feeling recalling all the awesome things we did. If you haven't yet, you absolutely have to parasail. The view of Everest is breathtaking ... well, the view of everything was breathtaking but Everest was incredibly so.

Good Morning...

None of us have ever parasailed. We were talking about it on our last cruise but some other excursion won out... I think the Mayan ruins trip. So it should be wonderful.

I am glad to hear that you used the premium. I don't recall the difference really but I was surprised that you don't see many trip reports on it or anything else. Hmm... I could change that you know... I have the power.. just not sure if i have the talent. Some of those TRers are quite good at writing.

That sounds great!! Go for it and totally enjoy yourselves!! And besides aren't platinum and diamonds a girls best friend!! :lmao: (it's just been a while since I've gotten any:sad2: )It's probably going to be next year before we take our next trip. Every spare penny is going in to make our home and yard lool like a home and yard. Especially the yard. Has anyone priced grass seed and sod lately? It aint cheap. :sad2: And then there was the large mower/small tractor hubby just HAD to have. I can't complain about hubby and his tractor though. I HAD to have plenty for the house. :)

Congrats on your new house! That is a wonderful thing to put your time and money into. And a yard that needs a tractor? Wowohwow! :cheer2:

I found a Smurf! That's 80's! I also found....drumroll, please...a sunburned Babnana!!! Feel free to use either of them. I found a variety of Babnanas, actually. There are green, red, white and blue, black, rainbow. I liked the sunburned one best though.

Mary
Love the new sunburned babnana!

I have the day off....again. I'm actually starting to think that maybe we can actually live without my little extra income! I'd much rather be home, esp. next school year (we currently home school one, and will have at least one more, maybe all 3 next year).[/FONT]

You are a brave woman to consider homeschooling 3 boys. I looked into it for my oldest, but then realized I am much to lazy to keep her motivated. Where's that happy hammock when you need it?

We do not have free dining. We are going with another family as well and decided to do Platinim dining as we wanted tours and parasailing and almost all signature dining. So we are splurging for this trip and plan to try for free dining and penny pinching next year if we can.

You really are going all out! I bet it will be a wonderful treat. That is one thing we have never done, the platinum plan.

That really does sound cool. Though to anyone not Disney obsessed they'd probably find it odd that you can see Everest while parasailing.

Has anyone priced grass seed and sod lately? It aint cheap. :sad2:

We just had our tiny front yard sodded and it was expensive. I can't imagine what it would be for acres. :scared1:

Well, nekked babnanas. I came back to tell you all to have a magical day. And what do I find? Poor pooh, he is always the butt of someones jokes.:lmao: It's all toot sweet.

AND I HOPE YOU ALL HAVE A MAGICAL DAY ANYWAY!!

Morning Mean Queen!!
I keep trying to get off. I have to clean. But I just wanted to tell you good morning. You to LegoMom!! And I too think you are quite the brave one to homeschool 3 boys. I know several people that sucessfully homeschooled up to college. I homeschooled my daughter in 7th grade. It's such an awesome responcibility that it truley scared me. She was back in school for 8th grade. I'll never regret that time together though. Our relationship became closer. I got to know her in new ways. And during that year she was able to give more time to gymnastics. But I'm like Mean Queen and wasn't sure I could keep up with it and she is a social butterfly and missed her friends tremendously.

So true! I bet I sound like a nut case.

Smiley - I hope we're on here again together real soon.
:goodvibes

I'm still here. I decided that house work can wait. :goodvibes

That's always my theory. House work can wait... until the maid gets here next Thursday. :rolleyes1 Sadly, that Christmas gift may come to an end. They're doing paycuts across the board at DH's work.

I think alot of us are having to decide just what we can really do with out. I actually just found out yesterday that some stores (don't know the states) are starting to ration rice and flour. I can't believe this.
What is going on with our economy? We are even talking about trading in my Yukon XL because of the gas prices. It cost me over a $100.00 to fill up. :scared1:

And it doean't apear that prices are coming down anytime soon. They are continuing to go up.

I went grocery shopping yesterday and stocked up on rice. Though I guess I should have got flour too, just in case. I also bought other staples I didn't need, but knew would last. I figure it's better to get it now when we can still afford it. We downgraded to a smaller SUV a few months ago to save on gas.

I'll leave any political comments about the economy to myself. :rolleyes1

That was a super thoughtful gift!!! :worship:

:scared1: :scared1: :scared1: $100.00???? OMG...  My little car is up to 35.00 but now i don't feel so bruised by that.

:scared1: Yes I know!! We really don't need the large SUV anymore. It's my vehical. Our kids are grown. They are 24, 22, 20 and 19. Everyone has their own car/truck. We only ride together as a family once in a blue moon now. So we have started to look at smaller SUV's. I would love to hear all of your opinions on different ones.

Mean Queen, I was looking at David's pic in your siggy. I love him. I hope he wins!! I will most certainly will be buying his CD!! I was sorry to see Carly go last week.:sad2: I was hoping the David's and Carly would be the three.

MEAN QUEEN!!!! YOU HAVE A NEW TAG!!

Here, have some nekked dancing babnanas!

I drive a Toyota Matrix. Not a SUV by any means but actually a really great car. You feel like a big car when you are sitting in it. :rolleyes1 But you were hoping for SUV opinions.

I'm sure my van would break $100 to fill! But we never fill it. $35 here and there keeps it going. It's mine and mostly used to run errands and for my whopping 6-mile commute to work. It's not 4-WD but just BIG! That's because I insist on all the boys having their own personal space when we go any distance...It's really all about parent sanity!!:crazy2:

I'm not opposed to getting a car. This probably sounds dumb. But, I'm used to sitting up higher than a car. :confused3 Thanks for the opinion anyway!!

Believe me, I understand parent sanity. Remember I had 4 close in age. Come to think of it...I still have to keep them separated.:lmao:
