Yup. I have an hour and a half commute and like to be in early so I don't have to stay late, so we get up at 4:50 a.m. in the Tinkerbellarella household. But don't feel bad, it used to be 3:50 a.m. for the earlier train.

But then I came to my senses.

Believe me, I wouldn't do it if the overtime wasn't paid.

That is a long commute. I could work at Disney and live where I am with a commute that long. Are you in the DC area or NY? That seems to be where people have crazy long commutes.

I work in downtown Boston but live in Southeastern, MA, right near the RI border. It is a ridiculous commute, but I spend an hour on the train and it's a good job, so I don't mind much. It's built-in reading time.

Hi everybody. Happy Friday!
I should be asleep but decided to run errands after work instead. I rented three movies from Red Box, one of which I'm watching now - "One Missed Call." I love scary movies! Just what I need to fall asleep.
I also stopped at the BMV and was the first in in line when they opened. My driver's license was expired since my birthday and I hadn't noticed. I was in and out of there in ten minutes. I'm even pleased with the photo.

What are you guys doing today? We're grilling out for dinner. Ahhh ... SPRING!

I'm Back. No jury duty for me. I failed the very first question they asked....Do you live in the town limits. Since we moved that answer is no. So I was dismissed and told to have a great day!! Which I plan to. I would have been dismissed anyway. The case was a DUI. My mother was killed by a drunk driver.

Well, on to more pleasant stuff. DeterminedOne It's great to see your writing!! How have you been? Are you still enjoying your job?

You love those scary movies! I've decided today is my lazy day. My 2 year old and I are watching TV and not going to any activities or errands. I just hope she still naps because I need to catch up on "Lost" from last night before I read any spoilers.

I'm so jealous you are going to Vegas! I really love that place. It's an adult Disney World.

Mean Queen, I'm glad you are getting to have a "free" day. We all need them every now and them. I have to ask you a question. Did you hear about the woman that had an 8 ft. alligator break into her kitchen through a screen door.
Woman...I have an alligator in my kitchen
911 operator...Are you sure it's not an iguana?
Woman...No!! It's an alligator.
911 operator...how big is it?
Woman...I don't know. But it's HUGE!!

Then camera shows this huge gator in her kitchen. The news anchors where kind of making fun of the 911 operator. ​

Yes! I heard about that. Luckily, that is a rarity. And even luckier, I don't have a screen door.

I did see Cloverfield. I liked it. If you are a fan of Lost, then you will probably like it. It is all done with a handheld camera, so be prepared for shaky video. I didn't find it scary, as much as suspenseful. I always add that in the theater, 14 people walked out within the first 10 minutes. Some had kids and realized that the rating should have been a warning to not go. Others just didn't like it (maybe motion sickness?)

Thank you. I like scary movies as long as it is the far fetched monster type of thing. I stay away from ghost, vampire, satan kind of story lines.

How is your day going? Have any big plans for the weekend? We get to do yard work, yard work, and more yard work!! I'm especially excited about the last one.

I get to do school work, school work and more school work! And maybe work on my pre-trippie a bit. But other than that, school work. It'll all be done for the semester in three weeks, though. I'm really looking forward to that.

It went from a suspenseful, keep-you-thinking/wondering kind of show, to one where it's just really all about people shooting each other and who's gonna get blown away next. I mean really, what WAS that "thing" in the first season?!! That was COOL!...the ground shook, the trees moved way back and forth, and clearly there was something BIG.

Oh GREAT!....way to mess with my head!! As if keeping up with flash-backs wasn't enough..... Oy! Maybe I'll have to give it a watch next week, just to see what's up (if I can figure it out... ).
