Anything is possible with Southwest. Last year, they didn't release February airfares until October! I'm sure I'm gonna have to wait a while because we are looking for April '07.

There is no set time for this and SWA can be so whimsical.

it could happen today....it usually is released around 10:00 am CDT but I have seen it released as early as 9:45 am Eastern time. Just keep checking
