Looks like I will have internet acess this weekend, and since I don't have to be anywhere until 4:00 tomorrow, I have all night to DIS. I tried going to sleep, but I always have a hard time sleeping in a strange bed, (though that's never a problem in Disney, I must either be too tired at the end of the day, or Disney is just like home to me,) but I tried sleeping, then I tried having a snack since I realized I pretty much missed dinner, then I watched some TV, but I'm still wide awake, so here I am.

How did it go Sun, or is she in the afternoon class? Don't forget to get plenty of pics and video.

She is the AM class. They only went for 1 hour today. I didn't cry at all! I guess it really hasn't hit me or maybe b/c she only goes for 2 1/2 hours everyday. She was in preschool for 3 hours, 3 days a week so it's not that big of a difference. Well, except she has to go to school everday. Maybe Monday will hit me more, although I won't be taking her to school on Monday.

No video, but took some pics. I'm too lazy to download them right now.

She was a couple minutes late already. Kiddo needs to go to the bathroom a minute before we need to leave.

To be honest with you Sun, I was more sad when he went to first grade than Kindergarten for the very reason you mention. It seemed the same as preschool - even the same school for us. But when he started first grade - it hit me. Enjoy the year.

Yeah, that's what I'm thinking. Plus, the school is a 5 minute walk, not even. So, it's not like I'm putting her on a bus on her own, etc. I think that would be ten times worse if I had to put her on a bus all on her own. It will probably hit me more when she goes to 1st grade, all day.

I don't want to think about that. I have no idea what we are going to do then b/c this school does not have an aftercare program.

My out of town guests have me all distracted. I only signed on a little bit yesterday at work and that was it.

Sun ~ How was the first day of school?

Angel ~ Have you gotten your surgery scheduled yet? I was looking at some of my typos in past posts and I love it when I call you Angle.

LOL, Angle! I never even noticed.

No surgery set yet. The doctor said that the two hospitals here are already booking in October for surgeries and she doesn't want to wait that long, so we're just hoping for an opening to pop up. We're hoping it will be in the next 3 weeks or so but we'll see.

Sorry Iw asn't on at all yesterday.

at about midnight on Wednesday night DH said his pulse was racing and his left arm was hurting so we rushed to the emergency room. FOURTEEN hours later, we learned nothing was wrong with his heart. he just had a bad panic attack. he is already on anxiety medicine but I guess they will have to up the dose. He is sooooooooo stressed over my surgery and hating his job etc. I told hm to quit and work at Olive garden for all I care as long as he's not killing himself!

So anyhoo, I am running on about 2 hours of sleep!

I would have said the same thing. I know this is a very stressful time and there is nothing cute about it, but I think it's sweet he is so worried about you.

DH just called me, he had to call the cops again on the little hoodlum next door. As soon as his mom and her 'flavor of the day' left, he took a pack of firecrackers , lit them and though them out on his back deck to scare DD and DS. The police put him in a time out. They told him to stay in the house and if he came out again he was going to jail today.

If the little punk keeps it up he's going to have to call a proctologist to have my shoe removed from his @$$.



Only 43 more days......I have their foreclosure on my countdown calendar.
