Still waiting to pass

Who else is waiting? We put in our offer on the 18th of March (Sat) , contracts signed and returned the 19th and completed financing info, the 20th. So I guess I can say our official wait started that Monday, which is now 2 weeks ago. Now for the wait, I don't believe I've checked my email as much as I've been.
Waiting for SSR, 270 points coming in, buyer is paying dues, and year is June. This would be so perfect for our trip in January, this will be our fist resale purchase.

UPDATE: We passed 4/4!!!

Have you posted to the ROFR thread and checked out the status of the other SSR resale contracts in the ROFR thread? You can see other members' posts on their contract details, whether they are still waiting, it was taken, or it passed ROFR.

I'm waiting on a BWV contract sent on 3/15. It's been 21 days now so I don't think it's going to pass. Based on what I saw in the Jan-Mar ROFR thread, it seems like most BWV contracts that pass were passed on days 14-16. Longer than 16 days tended to be taken.

Thanks , yes I've checked there to get an idea. I'm trying not to get doubtful, and just be patient, boy is it hard. We have our original plan to book still. I figure since those dates aren't even available yet to package we'll, see how this goes. We're planning every 2 years for a full vacation and in between spontaneous trips with the number of points we'll receive.

Looks like you and I are in the same boat. BWV sent just a few days after yours. The only only reason I'm feeling a bit hopeful is that I've seen almost no passes or takens coming though. So I've been telling myself the guy in charge is just on vacation.

Congrats! I don't want to be a downer, but depending on the title company you are still looking at another 30-45 day wait, give or take, for the points to be loaded into your account.

Congrats! Waiting to pass ROFR is rough. The rest of the wait isn't any fun, but at least you know its yours. Not sure how fast things are progressing now, in December from time of acceptance to points in our account was under 30 days. Hope the rest goes faster for you. At least you are looking at going at a less crowded time, so getting your reservation shouldn't be too bad.
