Judi I think I look forward to Wednesday every week.

Bonnie thanks for the kind words but I've been at a stand still for a few weeks now. I'm just trying to get through December without putting on my annual 10 pounds then try to refocus again in January.

So when do all the kiddies get off for Christmas? My kids get out 1/2 day on Friday and are off until January 5.

Good morning Sassies! Mother Nature decided we needed more snow so she gave up about 5" last night. Although tomorrow night she is supposed to give us more freezing rain. She is still undecided!

My kids have a full day Friday then they have 2 weeks off. I hope we have snow then so they can play outside. They are so much happier when they can play in the snow. I may take them into Chicago the day after Christmas to see a museum. Other than that we don't have big plans for Christmas break.

Anyone doing anything exciting?

Jeni, I second the DO NOT GO TO VEGAS in the summer comment! I went four times this year and twice was summer and twice I was questioning my decision! It's not like I didn't know better.... I have been to Vegas over 20 times

On our way to DL this summer we stopped a night in vegas in the camper. I would never camp in Vegas in the summer again...I like hot weather but good golly the pool felt like a bathtub.

That's great news Judi. It looks like you got a Christmas gift a little early this year.

My Christmas trip to Sam's is in order today. We are having a party Christmas Eve for Mark's side of the family which are about 50 people. Of course buying in bulk for large crowds is a must.

All this week we are in the 70's and today they are talking about us getting to a record of near 80. Come on it's Christmas time and that's not a time to sweat. Maybe next week we'll get a little chilly weather just in time for the big guy to arrive.

Despite having ANOTHER cold, I've had a loooooong day!

Met Ryan for lunch at the mall across from his office (which is not a fun journey in DC traffic), went to Apple store to exchange a faulty adapter. MAN were the clerks in there rude!

Spent rest of night in kitchen, (and am not finished yet), making Christmas cookies, then dinner, then some more cookies, then a lasagna for this weekend.

Shwew!! What do you all have planned this weekend? Tomorrow night I'm stealing Bonnie's daughter again to babysit so we can go to Ryan's office party. I'm hoping I feel better, 'cause right now I am not in the mood to schmooze with people.

It only took me 1.5 hours to get into work today it's normally 20 minutes!! I would like to thank the NW for this lovely weather... I have been inside now for a whoping 20 minutes and my car is covered in ice and snow!

Heelllllllllloooooooooooooooo, Sassy Ones! Long time, No Type! I have ten pages to catch up on!!!! I'm proud of you guys!

I'm at the end of a long week of class Christmas parties and vomitting children (not my own, yet ). I just finished wrapping the presents for my Wednesday/Friday class and am seeing light at the end of the tunnel! I can't wait until 12:30! Maybe I will hunt up that Viggo picture for a little inspiration!

Happy first snow day of the year Sassies! They finally have their snow day and get an early start to Christmas vacation. The teachers anticipated this one and sent all their stuff home yesterday. I'm glad I decided to send the teacher gifts in yesterday too. Of course they were up at 5:30 in anticipation and can't go back to sleep! Woohoo I love snow days!!! We got about 6" so far but now its sleeting.

Judi, what fabulous news. You deserve some good news for once.

Shannon, would you quit getting sick! Make sure you pass on a pinch request to Heather for me!

Kimmy, I keep waiting to hear from Brian. He left almost an hour ago for a 20 minute drive on a normal day. I may call him now because I'm getting worried.
