They haven't started building anything yet. Their still in the demolition phase of and probably will be for another month or so

Construction for Pandora started in 2014 and that land is expected to open sometime in 2017. So expecting something to take 3 years is not out of line with recent activity.

I wouldn't expect Star Wars Land before 2019, honestly. Toy Story Land may come first.

Rumor is late 2018/early 2019 for Disneyland. Disney World is supposed to come 6 months after DL, so mid to late 2019.
