Spring Break or Memorial Day week 2007

Please help ! Im trying to plan our 2007 WDW vacation and am having trouble deciding on which week to go. I hate to take the kids out of school the week before Memorial day, but I also dont want to fight the crowds during spring break.
How many of you take your kids out of school to go to WDW?
How busy is the week of Memorial day?

I am sorry to say anytime there is a school break then its going to be crowed. I've always taken my kids out of school but that is not for everyone and I respect that. No that you won't be able to ride on everything and get fastpasses on the ones that you really want to do then, if you staying on site then use the EMH and leave in the afternoon when it starts to get really crowed, go to the pool. While the parade is going on is another great time to ride the popular rides.
