Spotted the Disney Dining Plan icons. Could it be coming back?

I have been watching the live streams from EPCOT Festivals of the Arts and noticed on the menu boards the Disney Dining Plan icon beside the price, Did or has anyone else noticing this? Could this be a sign that the Disney Dining Plan coming back?

The icons for signage has never left . They use a template that is reprinted.

Be prepared that when it returns it will not favor the guest. Not that it ever did unless you got it during the free dining promotions. Even then the room discounts were better once they stuck moderates in the QS dining plan promotion only. It will interesting and highly entertaining here once it does reading the comments and the whining.

Plus Disney has specifically said it will return but did not say when or in what way.
