We are considering a split stay for our 10 day trip June 2025. I'm not certain I want the hassle of changing resorts but my daughter really wants to do it. We will not be able to take advantage of the free water park perk on arrival day, but have been told that if you do a split stay, the perk can be used your check in day at the 2nd resort. Can anyone speak to this? We will be at All Star Movies initially, but thinking about PORFQ for the split. We have stayed at Riverside so many times and love it there as well.

I'm assuming you mean 2026, right? May already be on your radar but just in case, the water park arrival day benefit for 2026 has been announced as available "during the summer of 2026" with the specific dates TBD. I "assume" June will in fact be "summer 2026" but keep an eye out just in case Disney opts to define "summer" differently than the rest of us. :-)

PS: I agree, with a 10-day stay, splitting is a great way to broaden experience at different resorts and to mix up the trip.
