Ex-wife....who only wears dresses and skirts had a rotary for 30 years... not a single push button phone.... but I think phone service disconnected land lines to her neighborhood or rotary phone stopped working... when were married we had 9 rotary phones in the 7 bedroom house.... nieces loved it!!!!...
And she still has her 1960s VW

Ohhhhh, I envy her the l960's VW beetle! I had a l960 VW beetle and Loved it. It was my first car and was worn out when Dad bought it for me. But I loved that little bug. I bought myself a brand new one with my first job. Now, the VW's are so different that I am not interested. I wish we would have had hindsight and kept both VW's. Oh well....
