Yes, I believe so. It worked that way for the Broadway concerts for Festival of the Arts

Thanks for sharing - what time of day does this open? Is it an "experience" that opens at midnight? Or is it the same timing as other dining reservations? Going late April and hoping to get a reservation for dinner and a seat at Air Supply!

Should open up at 6:00 a.m. EST on the website or app, 7:00 a.m. if you call. Sometimes, Disney does not not have all of the packages downloaded into the system at 6:00 a.m., so you may need to keep checking. The dining packages are similar to a dining reservation. If you are staying at a Disney Resort, you can reserve at 60 days prior to your arrival date, up to ten days out.
