We will be taking our first trip to WDW in October. We will be there October 8-15. On October 11 (Columbus Day) Spectromagic is scheduled at 8:00pm and Wishes at 9:00pm. My question is.... Where do we need to be in the park to be able to see both of them? I have read that this will be a very crowded day, so what time should we start "staking our claim"? Our children are ages 5 and 7. Any good ideas for helping to pass the time while we wait for the parade and fireworks? Thanks for your help.

Around the hub facing the castle is a great spot to see both. If Spectro starts at 8, you may want to be there areound 7, you could get hotdogs and soda and eat while you wait.
