WDW Reservations open at 7 a.m. EST. As for the WDW site, the FD Promo should be under special offers around that time too, BUT there have been times in the past when a general public FD offer didn't come up on the site for bookings until later in the day, even the next day. Just look first thing in the morning.

Thanks Princess Tiffany! Another question for you...if the Free Dining is offered, Southwest Airlines also offers this promo as well, do they typically offer it right away or are they a day or two delayed as well as the WDW website?

It "should" be on the WDW site in the morning. The last few FD offers they have been good about getting it on there at or near opening the lines that day. But, I wanted to mention that there was a delay in the past on getting the FD offer on the site and you could still get it over the phone. In 2007 they didn't put the FD offer on the site until 3 days after it had opened to the general public.

As for Southwest, I know they can book the packages, but I'm not familiar to when they put it on their site. Hopefully first thing in the morning also! Sorry, I don't have info on that :-(
