So confused with booking dates

Hi all. We are sailing the wish August 28th. Just paid off today. May 30th is the date we are able to book excursions but DCL just said July 29th we can book princess meet. I thought we can book that May 30th as well. My question is when can I book BBB & princess gathering?

Bbb in May when you book any other activity EXCEPT Princess gathering which you do during online check in.

Hi I'd book Royal Gathering as soon as possible I managed to get a reservation and when I arrived half an hour early and the man said come back in 25 mins so I came back in 25 mins and I seen Moana, Princess Tiana, Belle, Rapunzel and Cinderella. after I met the princesses I had a sit down to browse through my photo's and autographs and I also noticed some people arrived who haven't got a reservation and they were turned away so book Royal Gathering as soon as midnight EST time to get a slot just before you start your online check-in because it will fill up fast.

Unless it has changed, Royal Gathering reservations are timed tickets so there is no need to arrive half an hour early as there are only a certain number of slots given for your time. A few minutes early to be ready to get in line, sure. But 30 minutes for a timed thing is excessive.

It was just me panicking wanting to be there early I'd prefer to be early than late.
