Well, Haddon and Ingrid arrived Monday night. They are always worn out from traveling all the way from the North Pole, so they just collapsed on the kitchen table. The kids were so happy to see them again.
Tuesday night, they were still pretty tired, so they played cards with a pack of Santa cards they brought.
Wednesday night, they got into some Christmas M&Ms and spelled their names out. Ingrid apparently was hungry and could not help eating a piece of her D. Haddon was able to control his urges much better.
Thursday night, they decided to try bungee jumping off the fireplace mantel using my new Believe sign ($5 at Walmart
) as an anchor. Once down, they weren't really sure how to get back up.
Last night they tried their hands at a bit of Christmas decorating of their own. They had a wreath and all the decorations for it set up on one of the playroom chairs. Clearly they got distracted and ended up sticking bows on each other. The kids will have to help them finish it.
Well, it is snowing outside, so I am off to wake up Connor so he doesn't miss our rare snowflakes.
