39 DAYS!!!!!!

so close yet so far away lol

I don't know if this is on my must haves but it sounds pretty convenient so I'm going to give it a try.

wet a sponge and pour some liquid soap on it. set it out and let it dry completely and then cut it up in to smaller cubes. Pack in a baggie and then all you do is add water to a cube and you have an instant mini sponge complete with soap

Also sunscreen face stick. this is SO much easier than glopping sunscreen in my hand and trying to rub it into DD's face without poking her in the eyes lol.

I also just bought some cooling scarves on etsy. if anyone is looking for some cooling scarves let me know and I'll give you the link to her store. she custom made disney ones for me. I contacted her on Monday about a custom order for 6 of them... she made and shipped them already today

Sugar Free Ring pops. These are fantastic for kids to quickly curb a meltdown Keeps little mouths busy and quiet lol.

I would like to know about these cooling scarves! Thanks!!!

she doesnt' have any disney ones listed but she's more than happy to custom make them (and she's fast). she's a bit limited on Disney fabric choices just because the size of the scarves so she needs to find fabric with smaller prints.

We got two tinkerbell ones, two mickey ones and one pirates one. $6 each. They put this little polymer something or other beads in them and they soak up water and then as long as you keep it wet it will stay cool

Just checking in! 37 days left to go!

I ran over to our mall to start shopping for some new shirts for the trip. I havent bought anything new all summer, and now that DS is done with everything he needs for the trip I decided mommy could splurge a bit I managed to grab 3 new t-shirts at the disney store for myself and one for DH. I also picked up 4 other tank tops at a few other stores because they are starting to clearance out all of the summer things. I am trying to pack enough shirts to wear 2 a day because after sweating all morning, I really dont like putting on the same outfit. Now all thats left is to pick out a new pair of sneakers for DS, figure out what shoes I am bringing than break them in and start shopping for DH.

I also need to get DS a haircut, have his 2nd birthday pictures taken and start food shopping and party supply shopping because his birthday is 2 weeks from Sunday! I dont know how that creeped up on me.. but I need to get that all out of the way before I can continue buying last minute essentials!!

Cant believe it is down to days for some of us already! Yay!!

actually grandma is small she's 5'2 she said the last time when she went with my sister's family she slept in it just fine. I'd figure she'd probably want her own bed instead of sleeping with dd 4 or dd3. the girls will probably sleep on the floor anyhow.

The majority of the women in my family could easily sleep in the trundle! Not me, because I'm an Amazon, but the average height for females in my DM's family is 4'10". My mother would fit more comfortably than my oldest DD! From what I've read on the boards, you're in good shape, as a PP said. You've got time before they begin the refurb on Alligator Bayou.

WOOHOO 38 days for us. where are you staying again? I need to get some more shirts. I feel like there is so much I still need to get but then I can't think of what those things are LOL

I have a question for all the ladies. have you ever worn any earrings other than studs? I made a pair of mickey earrings but they are pretty long so I'm not sure wearing them would be the best idea. I don't want them to snag on anything

We're down to 37 days! KELLY, I'm so jealous, wish we just had 9 days left! You'll have to come back and report all the great times you had! I'm ready to get this trip underway; it's so close now that I can feel it!

Thank goodness you were ok! I'll take that as the warning we needed to get ours changed before we leave!
