Hi all! WOW you guys sure do get an early start of it... I just wanted to stop by and say hi.

My DH and I will be doing the last Med and TA back home. We did the TA in
'07 to Barcelona and were sorry we did not do the first Med cruise right after, this time we are doing it up right.

Love the B2B logo btw, and I actually figured out how to add it to my signature (finally)

We ended up not changing our ressie, we booked another for me and the girls. Cat 11 QTY. DH is lead on the prior booking, we could not remove him they said without canceling and I would lose my OBC and discount. So if he changes his mind, I can cancel the new booking.

Kathy: I am an old third shifter and it has kind of stuck, so usually up late and always on here lurking somewhere or doing my sweepstakes.

Jackie: Hobart isn't too far from here, I am in the South Bend area and used to live in the Valpo area!

LOL Katie is all princess usually. Carrie is pirate through and through...her and Capt Jack made quite the pair during the picture session on board and had everyone laughing at her as she kept yelling "Capn Jack, arrrrrrrghhh, where da rum?" and trying to sword fight him Unfortunately the pics were awful and DH and I were laughing too hard and trying to keep her from stabbing him in the crotch for a second time with her sword to get any others. When we got to CC and went to get pictures done with him he recognized her immediately and did his "oh no " run away from her which made her mad and she would not go near him again!

Stephanie, I read that "Castle" is to premiere on March 9. Do you know if that's true? The trailer certainly kept my attention!

I am an insomniac, so you will see a lot of late night posting from me!

I sure hope we do okay, I will be honest, 8-9 hours on a plane with luggage to deal with and my girls sounds a bit much, but, they will be older, Carrie out of diapers and honestly Katie is a dream to go anywhere with! Carrie...well lets just say she is a bit of a hardhead!! I may have to adopt them out onboard! LOL

Check post one for lots of pertinent info. and also the link to the website where the rest of the really important stuff is I think soemwhere in all that is a list of teh many B2Bers (of which I am not one --now that airfar is not an issue maybe I'll stowaway in Erik and Jason's cabin and let the rest of the family catch up in Barcelona )

YodaMosue: did I read that correctly that you were on the Eastbound TA last time? Many of us on this one were on that as well (Stepahnie, Erik & Jason, Sandi and her gang, Chris & ROb, Sarah and her man, my family. . .--sorry to anyone I am missing in this hastily typed list).

We have been packing up the house like crazy. It was so odd putting away the Christmas decor this year and knowing I won't see it next Christmas (for you new ones, my family is moving to Germany in 27 days and we are only taking what we can fit in suitcases along with us). I told the kids they must make me lots of lovely ornaments next year Dave laughed at me for packing the FE to bring in my precious space

Yes, I was on the eastbound TA. It was wonderful, rough seas and all. At that time I was still too new to to the DIS to know anything about these boards. That won't be the case this time.

Where in Germany are you moving to? My DH and I lived in Germany for 7 years and loved every moment of it. You will not have to worry about Christmas decorations for next year, the Germans know how to celebrate Christmas and their decorations are beautiful.

I hope you will have a chance to travel, there is so much to see and do there; so many countries just a couple of hours away by car. I hope you enjoy it. Let me know if you have any questions, it has been awhile, but I still remember a lot about it; still keep in touch with my old landlord every Christmas...

Wow Hadley, I cannot imagine moving, let alone to another country! We just bought our new house last March and I swore we will never move again!
My sil lived in Germany for a fair number of years and loved it. I hope you have an easy trip and move!

Just popping in to say "hi" and I hope everyone had a great holiday season and safe new year.

We had a fabulous trip on the Dawn Princess over Christmas, for anyone interested, I put a review on Cruise Critic so PM if you'd like the link.

At least now we can say "next year" when we are on the cruise but wow does it seem like a long time away! I've been gathering ideas for FE gifts this afternoon as its very slow at work
