Scared to ride Mission Space-Should i be?

Don't think of Mission:Space as a thrill ride, like Rock n' Roller Coaster or Tower of Terror. Think of Mission:Space as the Mad Tea Party ("the teacups") on steroids.

That is an excellent description!

...and if you don't like Back to the Future, don't ride Star Tours. :)

Alright, it's clearly time for a little male encouragement

Dude, suck it up, be a man. Ride the ride, then get off, scratch yourself, burp, and go get a beer.

And then go back to MK and ride IASW again.

I am cracking up here because this is just what I wanted to say but I did not have enough testosterone to say it. Mattsdragon said it for me.

Now to be serious. Why have not ridden "thrill" rides? Do you get sick? or just not sure if you would like them?

I am a 55 year old female and love the Disney rides. I do them all except Rock n Rollercoaster. So, if an old lady can handle them Suck it up and do it. Start with Thunder mountain, head over to Splash mountian as warm ups. Then go over to Mission Space and do it. Best of luck.

I LOVE thrill rides. The faster and harder and higher and loopier the coaster, the better. But constant spinning makes me queasy and too dizzy. I'm glad I did Mission:Space, but I felt woozy for maybe an hour afterwards. Then again, my 72 year old father, who was in between chemotherapy treatments, chewed it up and spit it out and bought a t-shirt.

Good for your father cancer is such a horrible rollar coaster ride. At least your odds are better with getting out of mission space alive. Good luck I hope your father is doing well.
